I know it wasn't there fault but he received no education what so ever and was never offered an opportunity to take courses again. But of course I still received the bill from them and had to pay it in full.

No tool set even though loan was charged 2K. This was a joke. Look in the Borrower Defense to Repayment Program. This was a big scam.
