  Melissa is truly incredible! When I called, she had such a happy voice and was able to answer all of my questions while providing all the pertinent information I needed! It is truly rare to find someone genuine and who cares about the people they speak with. I hope I get to speak with Melissa every time I call! Thank you for your amazing customer service!!

  I had a problem. A fantastic property management job opened up with the best company in Middle Tennessee, but they needed me to start ASAP and I couldn't start until I was licensed. The calendar for upcoming sessions was clear. I paid online and when I picked up materials and met Melissa, I knew it was all going to be great. She greeted me warmly, confirmed that I had the fastest path lined up, and welcomed me to do the sessions from the classroom if I wanted. (60 hours of zoom can be brutal.) There were 6 instructors, each with varying personalities and styles but all professionals with heaps of experience (and plenty of stories). We covered a text the size of a phone book as well as a separate folder full of content in two weeks of classes. Especially helpful were the licensing checklists and reminders to study the terms, review pages, and sample tests. I was able to take the classes, take the proctored exam, get fingerprinted, submit the paperwork, and have my license in only six weeks. Two very minor things: a few instructors will say you need a calculator for the test. The testing site has a giant basket of calculators. I wasted $4 at Walmart getting one. The other thing is call for fingerprint scheduling even though it can be a 30 min hold. The identigo website is... subpar. All that to say, great experience overall. Melissa is a wonder. Eleven stars.

  My wife and I both attended the Zoom classes for becoming Real Estate agents. An obstacle was that we didn’t have 3 solid weeks to devote at one time since we still needed to work. We went with CLI because they had very flexible schedules, ie, you could schedule a week at a time. We were very satisfied with how this class went. All of the instructors had over 30 yrs experience, one even had close to 50! They were very patient and welcomed questions during and after class. You can even return as an ‘auditor’ and attend classes again at no charge if you feel you need to. Even though we never took advantage of this or the extra tutoring they offer, we passed our state and national exams on the first try. We would highly recommend this school to anyone. Thank you CLI!!

  I recently completed a course for my affiliate broker license in Tennessee through CLI, and I must say that the experience was excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed to succeed. I appreciated how approachable they were and how easy it was to get in touch with them whenever I had questions or concerns. The course materials were well-organized and easy to understand, and the platform itself was user-friendly. Overall, I highly recommend CLI to anyone looking to further their education in real estate!
