We were patient and waited quite a while to get into this daycare and I'm so glad we did. There are reviews out there complaining about the waiting process (hello, that's everywhere... be grateful they don't charge an application fee to get on the waitlist)!.Consider the fee to be that you need to call and continually tell them you want your child to go there). I believe that the fact that this facility stays full without needing to do much to promote themselves should speak volumes to potential parents looking at Cole Academy for daycare. None of the negative reviews I read said anything bad about the care your child receives - in fact, the negative reviews were from people who didn't get in/did not have backup plans/or seemed mentally unstable. The negative reviews consist of whining that they did not get in or were not treated like royalty because they are important people - guess what, to them everyone is important so that's why you were not treated special.
