One day, I was searching online for the perfect school, a place that would give me peace, confidence, and a safe environment where I’d be proud to see my daughter spend her early years. I visited and researched several schools, but I never felt truly comfortable. Something was always missing, and as a mom, that made my heart feel so uneasy. Then one day, I came across Primrose School of Germantown online and decided to schedule a tour. That’s when I met Ms. Jessie Smith. She explained everything with so much clarity and honesty. She didn’t just try to “sell” the school or say it was the best just to convince me. Her words gave me real peace, and I felt that she genuinely cared about the children and the families. Now my daughter is part of the school, and I can honestly say: it’s been wonderful. The teachers and staff are attentive, loving, and very present. The leadership is always there, watching closely, checking on the classrooms and the children. I truly feel that my daughter is seen, cared for, and safe. It was absolutely worth choosing Primrose. I finally have the peace I was looking for — and my daughter loves being there. 💚

The staff is very friendly and always greets us with a smile. My daughter’s teachers are outstanding! The app they use to communicate with us is by far our favorite thing. During the open house, Paxton gave us a tour of the building and thoroughly explained the safety measures put in place to keep our little ones safe. As we completed the tour my sweet baby fell asleep in Jhessa’s arms and I knew then that this was the perfect place for us. This place is very family oriented and truly believes in giving back to our communities. During drop off and pick-up’s every child I see has a smile on their faces and that’s very telling of the kind of place Primrose is.
