The best thing we’ve done as parents is send our daughter to Primrose!

We got to be a part of opening PSHV back in 2021, and it is truly one of the best decisions we could have made. Since the very first day, the Leadership and teachers partnered with us as parents. They have loved and cared for my family so well. I never wondered or worried about my children at school; they were always safe, cared for, and happy. As a mom, that was a huge weight off my shoulders. Primrose will forever be a part of our early childhood memories, and I am so grateful for all the ways they supported us for four years from infant to Pre-K. I can’t recommend them enough!

My experience with primrose is they’re just about money. The facilities looked great, but I handed over $200 LAST YEAR when I was 6 months pregnant with my baby to get him on the wait list. This was July of 2024. It’s my fault for paying the non refundable amount since they never gave a straight answer about how long their waitlist was despite me asking multiple times through out the tour. I told them I would need something by January of 2025 the latest. They told me there would probably be something available. I then called beginning of January to be told that they don’t have any openings until August of 2025. I called back again this year in April & was told they already gave away the spots for August and that it probably wouldn’t be until January of 2026 that they had any openings. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM EVER! Money hungry thieves.
