  Until recently I had no issues with the center, but currently the center is understaffed and poorly run. My son had been through 3 teachers in his current classroom and I was never really sure who to go to in regards to him beyond the director. The turn over rate is high and communication has been severely lacking. We decided to switch centers because we were unsure of the consistency of care our son was being given, and what made it worse was that after being at the center since he was a year old, only one teacher even acknowledged him leaving. No message from administration, no comment. His last day was early because they couldn’t staff his classroom. The quality of this place has went down hill sharply and I can’t say I’m sad about leaving to go elsewhere.

  Daughter was there 2 days. On the first day she came home with a bruise below left eye and second day we picked her up she was very aggravated and became lethargic. Day three we did not send her due to blood in her urine. We took her to children’s hospital and we’re told the blood was from a cut she had down there that is commonly caused by falls. After released from children’s we took her to her primary care doctor where they confirmed the bleeding was from a cut most likely sustained from a fall. When I went to pick up her belongings I could hear the gentleman and a lady (who I didn’t recognize ) that works with the older kids becoming aggravated and what I would consider verbally aggressive towards a young boy whom didn’t want to nap. This only reaffirmed the feeling of unacceptability. I would recommend anyone who had or will have their children here make unannounced drop ins and also consider the waitlists a daycare has. If it’s a long wait list it’s probably for a reason. If it’s a short waitlist it’s probably for a reason.

  My daughter currently attends (she is 5) and she absolutely loves it! The staff is amazing and they make sure to keep me up to date on everything. They also have an app where i can check her daily meals/snacks and they send out a few pictures here and there of my little one. I never had to worry about my daughter being in good hands with them.

  My 7 month old son has attended Cedar Bluff KinderCare since January. The center manager and his teachers show an obvious love for child care and always have a pleasant attitude. Their communication and response to messages is always prompt. I am completely happy with the care my son is receiving and would recommend this location to others without hesitation.

  Both of my children have gone to this KinderCare since they were toddlers and we have been very pleased. The teachers and staff are friendly and personable and the educational programming has helped prepare my kids for school. Wonderful place!
