- JGJordan G.Nov 14, 20251.0Until recently I had no issues with the center, but currently the center is understaffed and poorly run. My son had been through 3 teachers in his current classroom and I was never really sure who to go to in regards to him beyond the director. The turn over rate is high and communication has been severely lacking. We decided to switch centers because we were unsure of the consistency of care our son was being given, and what made it worse was that after being at the center since he was a year old, only one teacher even acknowledged him leaving. No message from administration, no comment. His last day was early because they couldn’t staff his classroom. The quality of this place has went down hill sharply and I can’t say I’m sad about leaving to go elsewhere.

They do such an amazing job with her. These teachers work hard and truly love the kids. The directors always know every single family and child who attends. They are always responsive to your questions. The curriculum is wonderful and developmentally appropriate for all the kids and babies. They do such fun early learning activities. We love the wide range of toys, activities, and books thhe provide. Most of all it's the love for the kids that is so special here. Highly recommend!

While tough on everyone, they adapted to the covid situation quickly and professionally. I am glad we are part of the Kindercare community.

I was so nervous about finding a daycare due to all the horror stories you hear nowadays about people being cruel to children, but everyone at Kindercare Cedar Bluff have put my fears to rest. From the administration to all the teachers that care for my daughter daily! They are sweet, kind, loving, and they care. Not only about your child, but you as a parent as well. I have had the pleasure of getting to know a lot of my daughters teachers, and would recommend this daycare to anyone and everyone! We couldnt have been luckier to have gotten a spot in this school!
