  We cannot say enough good things about our Kindercare. They have cared for all three of our children over the course of six years, and two of them have special needs, which can make finding the right childcare really scary for a parent. From the very beginning, the staff treated our kids with patience, kindness, and genuine understanding. They took the time to learn each child’s personality, needs, and routines, and we never once felt like our children were just “another number.” Our kids were safe, supported, and truly loved there. The teachers communicated with us, celebrated milestones with us, and helped our children grow socially and emotionally. It meant everything to have a place where our children were not only accommodated but welcomed and encouraged to thrive. They even went out of the way to learn about down syndrome and how to better support my youngest. As a parent, peace of mind is priceless, and Kindercare gave us that every single day. We are incredibly grateful for the care, compassion, and dedication they have shown our family over the years. They continue to ask and want to know about our older kids even though they are graduated. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to any parent, especially families who have children with additional needs.

  I am not happy to pay $320 a week when this place closes so easily. They will delay and close to save money. Extra holidays, unnecessary weather closures, plus the extreme pricing with no prorating the week. We love and the program and the staff but are looking for alternatives. I need a daycare that's open when you need them.

  Completely disgusted with how things were handled today. I ended up having to take my toddler with me to Greene county where the storm damage is the worst because I got there around 9:00 a.m. And my child was refused. Breakfast. Not even just some Cheerios in a cup. Our power has been out since Friday and it's been a struggle. New kind of assistance was offered but they don't mind sending you emails about paying their $1,200 a month tuition, for what my kid not to be able to eat a small breakfast when he gets there and have to starve until lunch because of an emergency situation? Being helpful in times like this matters. I used a little bit of extra time. I personally had this morning to go get cases of water to bring to my patients And I guess it was at the cost of my child eating breakfast there.

  All three of my children have attended Kindercare. My youngest has been attending since he was 8 weeks old and is now in the threes classroom. He still has such a special bond with all the teachers from other classes he has graduated from. The staff here is awesome and genuinely care about all of the children under their care!

  My son is 4 years old. Kindercare has been nothing short of amazing since the first day. They are all so good with him. He has learned so much in his time there. I can go to work confidently knowing he is safe and loved. He truly loves everyone that works there as do I.
