Of all the states we've lived and all the daycare we've taken kids to of all the Primroses this one was by far the best as of 2019

This is truly an outstanding place to nurture and educate your little ones. The warm, welcoming environment made a remarkable difference—my child was fully potty-trained during his time here, thanks to the caring and attentive teacher. She not only supported him at school but went above and beyond by providing valuable home tips, making the process much easier for our family. Over the nine months spent here, I watched my little one flourish emotionally, socially, and intellectually. The positive changes in his communication skills and confidence were incredible. Although we had to relocate, I would wholeheartedly recommend this center to any parent. The extra drive was always worth it because I saw my child thrive in every way.

We are loving the daycare experience at PSOH. This is our first child, and you can feel how much the whole staff cares for her and how well she is taken care of. She loves going to daycare and is doing wonderfully there. She started at 3 months old and at 13 months old she is still loving it. She gets excited every time she arrives there! Safety: all doors are locked and you need a special app and code to have access to them. They also have an open door policy. Staff: very friendly, professional, and know your child by name. They are always happy to answer any questions! Menu: great food options with healthy and developmental appropriate food. My baby started eating from the menu while in the infant 2 class. She eats better at school than at home. That is how good it is! Communication: it is great, and we receive lots of updates throughout the day. My favorite part is receiving pictures of her during the different activities they do throughout the day. We receive regular emails with calendar updates and reminders. It's very helpful. Drop-off and pick-up: flexible hours, which works great for us! We couldn't be happier with our daycare choice. We highly recommend PSOH!

Six years ago, we were blessed to find such a wonderful school for our first daughter. We were very discouraged when visiting local day cares, but the choice was easy the minute we first walked in to Primrose of Hendersonville. I knew I would be able to leave my newborn in a safe and caring environment where she would grow. When our child was diagnosed with food allergies, the staff went above and beyond to make sure all her dietary restrictions were met and she still had a well-balanced meal plan. There was no doubt when we had our second child, he would also attend Primrose. My children have been well treated and all our concerns as parents have always been addressed appropriately. At times, there have been turn over issues with staff, but my children have always adapted well to the transitions. I can't imagine anywhere there would not be turn over with that many women working together. Primrose management expects perfection from their workers and as a mother of two children with food allergies, I am very thankful that they enforce high quality, functioning employees. Not only are my children learning and being challenged daily, they are safe and rarely sick and love Primrose. In fact, most nights, they aren't ready to leave school.
