- JDJennifer DoakAug 4, 20255.0I reenrolled my two kids with KinderCare in this center. They started here last year but I transfer them to the Goodlettsville center which turned out to be horrible. I drive 20 out of my way but it is completely worth it. Ms Annesha is absolutely my favorite teacher my 5 year old is with her and she absolutely loves her kids she watches. Both directors are great Melissa and Lori!! I have complete trust with this center!
- SPSamantha PalmerApr 22, 20195.0We researched and visited multiple child care centers prior to choosing KinderCare. As first time parents we were very nervous about sending our 18 month old daughter to daycare, but we have had the best experience we could imagine. Every provider knows our daughters name (even the ones that are not her teacher) and she excitedly greets them and hugs them goodbye each day. She has learned so much and is excited to go to “school” every day— even asking on the weekends to go see her friends and “Ms. Tammy”. We have had our share of illness, as any child does when first in daycare or primary school, but are notified immediately if she has a fever or seems she doesn’t feel good to come pick her up and are required to stay home until 24hrs fever free with no medication— which I am so grateful they adhere to this policy. Our daughter refuses to take naps and they do an incredible job of teaching her to lay quietly on the mat during nap time— which is a huge accomplishment. They are always willing to allow you to stay and visit as long as you wish with no set drop off time, which has been important when I work night shift and want to spend some time with her in the morning before taking her to daycare. We have nothing but positive and wonderful experiences here in the past year and will continue to use and recommend them to anyone who asks.

- SHSheila HattenAug 3, 20161.0The teacher isn't equipped to handle children who don't get along. Her comments are rude and abrupt to the parents and guardians when speaking about the child, and not only does she make these comments in front of the child being spoken about, she does so in front of ALL of the children in the classroom. (As soon as I walk in the room to pick her up, I am approached by multiple children - including the child she doesn't get along with - who want to tell me everything she did wrong that day. The teacher says NOTHING to the other children. This is embarrassing to me and to my child.) In addition, the food they serve on many occasions is not the typical food you would serve a preschooler (such as cheesy chicken over rice, etc.). And they will not allow you to bring lunch for your child who is a picky eater, so many days my child goes without food for the entire day.

That came to a quick end when they called DCS and made false accusations about my child and our family. Absolutely disgusts me and no professional should make a joke about situations like that.
