  Well I will start off by saying it’s a very unprofessional place to the way the teachers complain about being there and about certain kids being in their room and how they talk to the kids teachers kicking kids on the back of the butt that was army crawling because she was in the way of the door closing . Teacher came to me as today was supposed to my first day saying. She couldn’t get my child to sleep and she didn’t even try she said can u do it on top of that there’s no cameras and the teachers are on their phones and have their backs towards the kids . This is a very unprofessional place and today was supposed to be my first day but when I witnessed how teachers treated the kids and the unprofessionalism of the teachers and staff and the attitude of teachers I grabbed my child and left highly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a job or childcare.

  This is my second experience with KinderCare. 1st with my youngest son in Arizona. Now with my gbaby in Tennessee. KinderCare STILL has exceptional services no matter the location. FUN LEARNING CARING environment. And Ms Megan (the new director) is AWESOME. She is so caring and understanding. I LUV KINDERCARE‼️🥰

  This center is absolutely terrible. Constantly closing, causing parents more money and unnecessary stress. Apparently my son was running a fever and my parents went to pick him up and he was completely cold and running around. They picked him up within 20 minutes of being called. The acting director “Kelsey” responds to myself and my parents “ I don’t gain anything with makeup it up” a kid who’s running a fever will not go down that quickly especially if it’s at 101. If it wasn’t for my parents, I would have to take off work early for nothing and lose out on my paycheck and being a single mother of two, I need every penny. Happens today are my kids last day at the center and completely changing schools for this exact reason. I lost all trust in the center, unprofessional teachers and directors. It’s a private school we pay you to take care of our kids and you do not. Do not enroll your kids here.

  Moving my daughter to KinderCare in the middle of covid has been an amazing experience. I work long shifts and she’s only ever been at a private sitter but she has adapted so well. I love that I get daily reports about what all she has eaten and get periodic photos throughout the day of what they are working on in class. They have gone above and beyond with their wellness station with gloves and hand sanitizer and temperature screenings, so I know my child is safe when at school.

  The teachers and staff have been wonderful. They keep me updated on my son’s day, share news and important information. It is easy to email and communicate with them regularly. My son loves it there. He has a great schedule and a good routine. His teacher’s truly care about his development, health and safety!
