I am extremely disappointed with this facility and have several concerns. The most significant issue is the owner does not care and it negatively impacts everything else. Their management does not respect their staff and it seems like they are being silenced, which may explain the constant turn over!! The new director seems as if she is robotic and does not have any experience with children or families. She is not welcoming and does not greet you when you walk through the door. It is evident the staff care and are trying but there is only so much they can do. Considering how much time and money being spent, I want to feel like the upper management care and I do not get. If that is something that is important to you, I would not recommend this place!
