- ACAmanda ChristopherDec 16, 20255.0We had our oldest daughter attend Primrose Cool Springs from infancy through Pre K, and throughout each class she enjoyed going to school each day, learned a lot, and the staff was always open with communication and helpful. They helped guide us through transitioning her to solid foods, potty training, and we truly feel they prepared her for kindergarten to where she was confident and ready from day 1. We’ve appreciated the front of house staff, and how they always greet our children and communicate with our family. We currently have our 2nd daughter in their infants class, and look forward to having a similar experience with her attending this school as we did with her sister!

My oldest child started and finished her preschool years here, and she had such a wonderful time playing and learning that she still loves to visit her old teachers when we go to pick up her little brother. Speaking of her brother—our son started in the infant room and is now in the Kindergarten class. To be honest, he can be a little "rough around the edges," and we were initially worried about how the caregivers would handle him. But the staff has been amazing. They know exactly how to redirect him when he’s having a hard time or causing a little mayhem. A huge shout-out to Ms. Shanice, his Kindergarten teacher. He comes home excited to tell us about his day, spelling out words, showing us his writing, and actually comprehending the lessons. It’s been great to see his progress. The leadership really sets the tone here. Ms. Rebecca, the owner, is always a pleasure to interact with. She is informative, straightforward, and you can tell she is genuinely looking out for the kids. The front desk team, Ms. Christina and Ms. Sarah, are always friendly and welcoming, too. We highly recommend this center to anyone looking for a place that truly cares.

Ms. Christina Rizk, the director, is phenomenal at what she does—her leadership and heart truly shine through in every part of the school. From the moment you walk in, you can tell it’s a joyful, nurturing place. Every staff member is wonderful, down to Mr. Ron, the chef, who takes such pride in preparing delicious and nutritious meals. Willa loves everything she eats there! The teachers pour so much into their students—educationally, emotionally, and with genuine care. We’ve seen an incredible transformation in our daughter, Willa. At her previous school, mornings were a struggle. Now, she’s excited to go each day, gets herself ready independently, and truly loves learning. Primrose at Cool Springs has helped her blossom into a confident, independent, and happy little girl. We’re so thankful for Ms. Rizk and the entire Primrose team and can’t recommend this school enough!

They are respectful and always diligent about answering our questions. The biggest endorsement, however, comes from our kids—they absolutely adore it here and happily look forward to attending every day. Plus, the management is respectful and highly responsive, making sure any issue or inquiry is promptly taken care of.
