The teachers are attentive, caring, and engaged—I've seen multiple staff members support my child’s needs and help her build new skills in a nurturing environment. The leadership team is also very involved, frequently introducing fun and educational activities like a foam party to celebrate the end of summer, which made a lasting impression. One feature that sets this location apart is the indoor playroom for younger children, which is especially helpful during bad weather. The Director and Assistant Director are present and approachable, managing both day-to-day operations and creating a warm, supportive atmosphere. I feel confident that my child is safe, happy, and thriving here.

I have been with KinderCare since my son was 5 months old and they are awesome with his needs and understanding especially with him being premature. They are understanding when it comes to the parent’s needs as well. I can reach out with any concerns they hear me out and try to accommodate as much as possible. My son loves it there as well he loves all his teachers and any other teacher at the center as well. I have referred people there as well and they equally like it.

It is owned by a sweet family that had all four of their children go there, with the oldest now in college! I was the director there for 5 years and also served as the assistant director and a teacher before that. I have two children that attended from age 8 weeks until they went to kindergarten. They loved Southgate! They were loved so much and thought of it as a second home. They still like to go back and visit! The thing I love the most is the teacher to child ratio. The school has small classrooms with one teacher to a small group of kids. For example, in the infant department, it is a 4:1 ratio so your baby is with three others unlike most schools that have two teachers and eight babies. I am so grateful for this place because as a new mother you want someone to love your children the way you do and they did. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely check it out if you are touring facilities!
