The teachers are attentive, caring, and engaged—I've seen multiple staff members support my child’s needs and help her build new skills in a nurturing environment. The leadership team is also very involved, frequently introducing fun and educational activities like a foam party to celebrate the end of summer, which made a lasting impression. One feature that sets this location apart is the indoor playroom for younger children, which is especially helpful during bad weather. The Director and Assistant Director are present and approachable, managing both day-to-day operations and creating a warm, supportive atmosphere. I feel confident that my child is safe, happy, and thriving here.

I have been with KinderCare since my son was 5 months old and they are awesome with his needs and understanding especially with him being premature. They are understanding when it comes to the parent’s needs as well. I can reach out with any concerns they hear me out and try to accommodate as much as possible. My son loves it there as well he loves all his teachers and any other teacher at the center as well. I have referred people there as well and they equally like it.

The leadership from Sara and her team has always been very helpful and eager to answer any questions. Each teacher our daughters has had gives us a great experience. Everything from keeping us informed to taking extra steps to make sure our girls have a great experience. We are very happy to have one graduate and another still enrolled at Southgate!
