Kindercare of Simpsonville has really changed our lives for the better. My daughter has been going for about a month-month and a half. Mrs Ashley and Mr Austin have done an amazing job with our girl. Before starting at Kindercare we could not take her anywhere. No stores, no places to eat, we always had to chase her around my parents house at family gatherings so she didn't break anything or hurt herself. Even the little time she has spent here at school has made a huge difference. She is sitting in booths and actually eating with us calmly. They have worked tirelessly with her on trying new foods since she doesn't eat much. That is also improving a lot. My husband and I were able to both play a board game at thanksgiving at my parent’s house without having to chase her around or worry if she was into something. Her behavior has improved at home as well, not as many tantrums, treating the animals and us with more respect and kindness. Lastly and possibly most important, her sleep has gotten so much better! I used to have to give her melatonin to get her to lay still and fall asleep. I believe the naps at school are teaching her how to lay still and rest or calm down to allow herself to fall asleep. Lastly the facility and classrooms are always clean and organized. They take safety very seriously as well.

We LOVE this place. They have taken care of our boy and have taught him so much already. They really do care about your child and work hard to make them feel at home. We were a little hesitant at first from negative reviews, but those were a long time ago and they have brand new staff. We have been nothing but happy with everyone here. Please go give them a try and you will not be disappointed

My grandson was in Miss Lauren's infant room and he was well taken care of. You can tell she cares a great deal for the infants in her care and her communication was always timely. The room was always neat and tidy and I felt he was in a good environment where everyone made sure his needs were met.

Every morning I walk in with my kids, I am greeted with a good morning and a smile. They have taken the time to know me and my family, creating a warmer environment for everyone. They are consistent with giving me updates and letting me know what is going on with my kiddos. Everyone who works there has created an environment where my kids can grow and learn. I have been with Kindercare for 3 years now and will be for many more.

If I could give this daycare 0 stars I would. Definitely do not recommend! The director is very rude! Her & the assistant director are not professional human beings. My son started in January. Everything went well in the beginning. The first thing I started to notice is how they keep the infants on the floor 24/7. Last Friday I picked my child up, he was on his stomach crying with snot coming from his nose. As soon as I walked in the teacher tells me she was just about to feed him. I told her it’s fine I can do it. I get the bottle from the teacher and it’s scorching hot! I tested the temperature of the milk on my wrist and it was way too hot for me to give it to my baby. My son was so hungry I had to go to the car & fix him another bottle. Luckily I had formula & water in the car to make him another bottle! All this week when I went to pick my son up he’s been on the hard floor crying along with other kids. Each time I get there the teacher hollers “oh I was just about to feed him”. Today I get there my son is laying on the hard floor once again screaming because he was hungry. There were two teachers in each rocking chair rocking a baby & talking to each other like little old ladies. I picked him up and his eyes were so drowsy. I could tell he was beyond tired. No telling how long he had been on the floor crying and hungry. He could not even cry when I got him home bc his voice was gone!! Which I have a video of. They don’t mind sending you a message about bottle labels, but failed to message me about my child crying all day. The assistant director did inform me to have him there by 9:00am unless I called to inform them we would be late. Well it’s been a few times we arrived after 9:00 & nothing was said. Due to me having to make bottles every morning, fill out labels with the date, add his first & last name. I may not have been on time each day. One day the assistant director was in the directors office. I walked past and said “Good Morning.” The assistant director looked my way & turned her head as if she didn’t see me! As soon as I get to my son’s classroom there were three teachers in there. As I’m about to take him out of his car seat, the direct comes in and tells me “he can’t stay.” Now mind you I walked past the office with her and the assistant sitting in there before I got to his classroom. The director then points her finger for me to come outside the classroom. As I walk out she then says “you have to start calling. I have to be fair to all of my parents & walks away.” For one, she should have stopped me at the door since they seen me come in. I emailed the director & informed her he would not be coming back. She responded back & stated “Thanks for letting us know. Take care.” Didn’t care to know why I was taking him out. Definitely do not recommend this daycare!! They just want the money for sure!
