Kinder Care has been great for my son! He was able to open up and make new friends! Miss Ashley and Mr. Austin contributed to a lot of that! Thank you!

How? And I mean HOW , are the reviews here so high? I understand that my review may come across that I am a disgruntled parent , but the facility we have our child at now is a complete day and night difference , in terms of how they treat my child and how he is acting and interacting with the children and staff. My child was here for roughly 4 months and we ended up pulling him out after continuous issues with the staff and the environment of this facility. Now don’t get me wrong , the director Miss Shayla is an amazing human being and I have no ill will against her personally at all. I feel she has been dealt an unfair hand working here, and corporate needs to come in and do some damage control. The teachers are lazy and incompetent and the facility is consistently understaffed. The facility itself is unkept and unsafe. The classrooms are disgusting, including and especially the in-class restrooms.I was devastated when I discovered that my child was being exposed to this kind of filth on a daily basis. The classroom my child was in also had a window that the screen was broken, and rather than fix it or block it off to prevent the children from having access to it, I often saw the window open and children (including my own) as well as the teacher , hanging out the window. The last straw for me was finding out that my child was actually attempting to climb out the window and would also attempt walking out of the class and as the school employees explained it , “escape” the facility. At that point, I lost all faith in this daycare center because they could not keep my son engaged , more often than not he would cry during drop off, I never had any indication that he was even learning anything, gaining any skills, getting the attention he needed, they were not addressing his behavior appropriately, and they could not even keep him safe. They were allowing him to be physical with other students and at times even the teachers, and whenever they had an issue with him they would either take him to the front and leave him with the director or call us to come and get him. I’ve thought about leaving this review for about a month now and honestly the purpose of this, is to provide constructive feedback for the company and also cause other parents to think twice before using this daycare center. Finding childcare can be pretty difficult and having to leave your baby somewhere with strangers and not knowing what you’re getting into is even harder.

KinderCare has been a great experience for our family! I love seeing how much my daughter is learning and love seeing her make friends even more! We have had nothing but good experiences since we started in Sep 2023. The staff members are very friendly and make it a positive environment to be in.

My son has been attending KinderCare in Simpsonville for over 2 years now and we absolutely love it! He is a very smart, creative, curious, kindhearted, and down right silly little guy I know… With that being said, as his mommy, I know firsthand how challenging he can be at times, but the entire staff from from the director & assistant director to the cook and literally every teacher in between (even the teachers he has never had class with) have all treated him with love, kindness, respect, and most of all PATIENCE!!! Every morning when he comes in, Ms “Veeta”, as all the kids call her, takes the time to play a silly little game with him, no matter how busy she is first thing in the morning. Every afternoon when I pick him up, Ms Shayla drops anything that she is doing to give him a hug goodbye and takes the the time to answer all of his curious little questions about all of her little office Soo-dads. Every day on the car ride home, he tells me all of the stories about how sweet his teachers are and the funny things they did with him that day. I couldn’t ask for a better school life for my little boy than the one they have so effortlessly assembled for him.
