  As a first-time mom, leaving my child to return to work was one of the most emotional and overwhelming experiences of my life. The thought of leaving him with “strangers” brought so many uncharted feelings. From the very beginning, though, the entire team made that transition not just manageable, but peaceful. The kindness, warmth, and genuine care they show each child is something truly special. It’s not just the exceptional level of care and dedication they bring — it’s the genuine heart behind everything they do. They care deeply, not only about the children’s safety and learning, but about their emotional well-being and the comfort of their families. During our time there, my son reached so many important developmental milestones, and I truly believe it’s because of the nurturing, structured, and encouraging environment they provide. Every teacher we interacted with was patient, attentive, and fully invested in helping the children grow and thrive. I would be remiss not to recognize the principle, Ms. Tiffany, whose leadership truly sets the tone for the entire center. She is exceptionally hands-on, consistently supportive, and communicates with clarity and transparency. Her professionalism, expertise, and deep understanding of early childhood development are evident in every interaction, and her presence provides both parents and staff with confidence and reassurance. As a parent, there is no greater gift than peace of mind. Knowing my child was loved, supported, and genuinely happy in their care made all the difference for our family. While he no longer attends due to relocation of my husband's job, we will always be grateful for the role they played in his first year of life. If you are looking for a daycare where your child will be cared for with professionalism, compassion, and warm hearts, I cannot recommend them enough.

  Horrible experience with this daycare. We paid an enrollment fee before our child was born along with a refundable deposit to reserve a spot. Before our son was born, we made other childcare arrangements and took our name off the list. It has been 10 + months and 20+ unanswered emails and calls, and we are yet to receive the refundable deposit. The director (Tiffany) allegedly sent a refund check to the wrong address and was supposed to resend it to the correct one, but nothing has been confirmed and we are yet to receive the deposit. Lack of communication is beyond unacceptable levels and the fact that we are being pushed around and ignored for 10+ months goes to show the horrible level of service and complete lack of accountability of this institution.

  We have been at Chesterbrook for almost three years. The staff is beyond amazing. I truly feel so comfortable sending my kids there knowing they will be loved. The principal, Mrs. Tiffany, is one of a kind. She knows every student and parent by name. She is so responsive to any text or email, even on weekends. We couldn’t love Chesterbrook more!

  Chesterbrook Academy in Mount Pleasant is the BEST daycare! We have been there for the past 4 years and my kids have loved it! Mrs. Tiffany is an amazing principal and truly has a heart for each and every child! The teachers care and want each child to learn. We could not recommend this school enough!

  We recommend Chesterbrook to everyone we talk to! The staff and teachers are so welcoming and love my kiddos. Feels like everyone’s a family when we walk inside. Everyone knows everyone and it makes us feel really comfortable leaving both our toddlers there. Love that it’s full time all year long. Ms. Tiffany the principal has just been wonderful since day one. I feel like she treats my kids like they’re hers. Just love this place!
