If you truly love your children i would not bring them here. Alot of things happen behind the scenes that you will never see or hear about. After having our child there, he will never be in a daycare again. There has been countless issues, for example a lady working there literally being forgetful to the point to where she is forgetting who gets what bottle is very dangerous. She got removed as a main teacher but is still allowed to fill in. A couple of other teachers will literally talk to your babies like they are grown adults for not eating their bottle. I personally had a concern where I let them know it was too cold for my son one morning to be outside considering I work outside. I was let know that they follow a chart. Um excuse me screw your pathetic chart im outside if im cold I know my 7 month old son that barley crawls is miserable and if me a parent says dont do it then screw your chart lol. No means no. A very large amount of concerns we have had has been completely disregarded. They literally dont care about these babies or employees whatsoever. I've never seen such a money hungry company in my life.

My son went here for less than a year. My son had difficulty adjusting to the new environment which led to parent meetings which were only available at the directors dispense. My ex and I separated and filed for custody and they called me the day after saying it would be my sons last day attending due to the late payment and situation between my ex and I. I had spoke to someone the day prior letting them know I’d be making the payment in whole, without the help of my ex. They said they sent an email the Friday prior about the pavement - never received an email. They didn’t sympathize with me, wouldn’t take my money nor would at least give my son till the end of the week. Lack of communication. Told them in order to get ahold of me, please call or message me through the app instead of emails. Owner was extremely rude over the phone. Have never been spoken to or treated in such a way. The director Tracy is also not friendly. My son never liked having to interact with her. School itself is great, other than the top people that run it. Rude, unprofessional and lack of communication.

We enrolled our daughter at Primrose Midtown in 2018 before they opened. Our daughter started there at 5 months old. She’s our first child so I anticipated a lot of fear and worry in leaving her at a new place with strangers. The worry never came! My daughter was so loved, well taken care of, always clean and happy at pick up and as she got older she’s always been happy to go to “school”! We love that they have an app and we get lots of notifications and pictures throughout the day to keep up with what she’s eating, drinking, learning(and even bathroom breaks/diaper changes). I will say that there has been a fair amount of turn over during our time, but we’ve always been notified of new staff and my daughter has had an easy time connecting with new staff because I think she just feels safe there. As she’s gotten older(3.5 now) and we’ve gotten out of the pandemic, we’ve seen much more consistency in the teachers. Primrose midtown provides all snacks and meals which was a big deal for us and makes mornings so much smoother. Drop off is 6:30am and pick up is 6 pm and while we’ve never taken advantage of the early drop off, the late pick up has saved our jobs! Primrose Midtown was also one of the only daycares in the area that remained open during the pandemic. They don’t follow Greenville county school schedules and overall just never close. We feel so supported as working parents and have never had a surprise closure. Over 3 years of uncertainty in our schools and daycares in the area, Primrose has been something we’ve been able to rely on. We’ve enjoyed our time and would 100% enroll any of our future children.

I enrolled my child in 5K at Primrose over 6 months ago with a start date for August. I knew numbers were low for his class but I was assured that they would not cancel their program. I just received a generic email saying that they were canceling their 5K program due to low enrollment. This was literally 1 month before school started and we were planning to have my child repeat kindergarten as he has a late birthday. At this point our only option was to enroll him in public school and hire a sitter for after school care. We spent 7 years at another daycare in town and they would have never handled a situation like this so poorly. Very disappointed in Primrose who is clearly just interested in their bottom line
