The staff and management at Primrose Pelham has been absolutely amazing! Our little boy has been there for over two years through the various classes and teachers and have loved every single one of them! We would highly recommend them for childcare regardless of age!

They create a clean, safe and stable environment for my child. The educational program has her far ahead of some local public school programs. The teachers and staff are amazing!

I rarely leave negative reviews for anything, but the parents of Greenville deserve to know the truth about Primrose at Pelham. Our 2 1/2 year-old son attended here for a few months and everything was fine during this time. He is a high-energy, fun loving boy. Overall what I would consider a "typical" 2 year-old.
He got a new teacher in his classroom, then all of a sudden he started "biting, pushing, and hitting unprovoked." Also "aggressive behavior." He's been in daycare all his life, and this has never occurred before. Suddenly he became the ultimate problem child for Primrose. Completely bizarre and shocking, but we wanted to work this out with the staff. At worst this was surely just a phase, and between us parents and the staff we could get through this. He's only 2 years old... However, the staff did little to nothing to work with us on helping him not be "aggressive." Rather they continually called us to come pick him up in the middle of the day, and we would have to leave work and keep him home the rest of the day. We could not allow this to continue to happen, so we withdrew from the school.
We are still so shocked and disappointed at how Primrose handled this and how it came to an end. At the beginning, we were so optimistic and excited about our son being here. It seemed like such a great school. But there is definitely a selection process here. If you're not a "good fit," you will somehow be forced out.

We have had our kids at Primrose on Pelham for the past few months and we have loved it. They have created a great place where kids are both loved and taught and we knew they were so well cared for. Our daughter loved playing on the firetruck playground every day, had amazing things to say about her day and sometimes I had a hard time getting them to leave! We highly recommend this facility. Thank you Stacy, Ms. A, Ms. Crea, Mr. Drew and Ms. Lisa and all the amazing staff. We are so thankful for the time you spent with our kids.
