- AHAshley HolmanSep 11, 20255.0We love Kindercare Willow Street! Our son has been attending since he was 3 months old. He will be 2 next month and he loves going to school here. We have adored all of his teachers (Ms Samantha and Ms Alexis in the infant room, Ms Alison and Ms Madi in the toddler room and now Ms Krystal and Ms Samantha in discovery preschool) and other staff who float in and out of his classrooms - especially Ms Holly) Directors Michelle and Nonz are warm and professional and always helpful. My husband and I are so grateful to have found such a wonderful daycare to look after our boy while we work. We receive photos daily of him learning and playing and he always has the biggest smile on his face. He has really thrived here. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

They post pictures throughout the day and communicate quickly and effectively via the school’s app. We would have loved to stay if we weren’t moving!

The team there works hard everyday creating a fun envirnment that is safe and truly teaches kids. My daughter went to Kindergarden already knowing how to read. I was very impressed with everyone there, and a special shout out to Miss Alyssa, Miss Alicia, Miss Nonz, Miss Leah, and many others that helped my daughter become the great little girl she is today.

It doesn't feel like a "center" environment where you just drop off your child. You sense the staff truly enjoy what they do and really care about the children. My child raves about Miss Judy's lunches -- hard to compete at home! Miss Kate and Miss Michelle manage the daycare so well and really do such a great job to offer all sorts of activities to the kids beyond what they currently are involved in. I had my child in a previous daycare environment and he cried almost daily. Not anymore! He LOVES his friends and teachers! He can't wait until the summer program starts, as they have so many adventures planned! If this daycare and preschool center is near you .. don't think twice! It's more than a daycare. We've made friends there with the staff. I'll miss them as he grows. I'm very grateful to them for the love and care they have given my son. A++++!!!

Had to call the Department of Public Welfare on them, as my daughter kept coming home with diaper rashes from not being changed properly and as frequent as the state allows. Director is very inadequate as a supervisor, allowed a staff member to confront my husband about a complaint we made in front of a room full of two year olds. This place is run and operated by TRASH!!
