  We were set up for our daughters first day today 10/13. We were able to walk right in and not a single teacher was present. We got no communication about the closure or information about the first day. Poor security and awful communication.

  My son, Danny, has been going to this Kindercare since he was 4 months old (he just turned 3). I cannot say enough great things about this place and how much he loves it. Danny is not a big fan of change, and is a bit slow to come out of his shell. Each morning, Ms. Lorraine and Ms. Karen go out of their way to welcome him and get him excited to go into the classroom. Ms. Lorraine even made him a Mickey Mouse crown for his birthday since she knows how much he loves him! His teachers, Ms. Ally and Ms. Patty, make an effort to know what he’s interested in and he’s always coming home and talking about them and how much fun he had at school. The entire staff, including all of his past teachers, have all been so caring and attentive throughout his time there and I couldn’t think of a better place for him to spend his time when he isn’t with us. This center truly is like family to him. We love it!

  My son has been going to Kindercare Westtown since he was 11 months old. He is now 13 months old and I can happily say that our experience with KC has been fantastic. A few good things I really like about this specific daycare is that the teachers seem to have been there a long time which is good sign that this company is taking care of their associates which is important to me. There are LOTS of windows! We are big on outdoor time so at the very least when they are inside they can get some natural light and see outside. And the biggest deciding factor for us was that they serve lunch which is worth its weight in gold. Vegetarian options aren't the best but we make sure we balance him out with a good dinner at home afterward. Definitely recommend.

  I would give 6 stars if the system allows. I was skeptical about sending my daughter to a daycare. She started going to Westtown kinder care when she was around 1.8 years old. Went there for almost 2 years until the centers closed because of Covid-19. She absolutely loved the daycare.Her teachers in each class are really attentive,caring,loving and what not!! . Center director herself knows each parent and kid by name and goes to their classes randomly telling them stories and interacting with them! Unfortunately we had to move out of west chester but i would recommend this day care to anyone any day!! Thanks a lot for the great experience!!
