  I recently completed the CDL program at Penn Commercial, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The program is extremely well-structured, hands-on, and designed to truly prepare you for a real career in trucking—not just passing a test. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the instructor, Gerald. He is hands down one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. Gerald is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about every student’s success. No matter your experience level, he takes the time to make sure you understand everything—from pre-trip inspections to backing maneuvers and road driving. He explains things in a way that actually sticks, and he never makes you feel rushed or overwhelmed. Gerald also brings real-world experience into the training, which makes a huge difference. You’re not just learning from a book—you’re learning what it’s actually like out on the road. He builds your confidence day by day and pushes you to improve while still being supportive the entire time. Overall, Penn Commercial’s CDL program exceeded my expectations, and having Gerald as an instructor made it even better. If you’re thinking about getting your CDL, I highly recommend this program. You’ll leave feeling confident, prepared, and ready to start your career.

  I had a really good experience in the esthetician program at penn commercial. The instructors actually care and explain things in a way that makes sense. You also get a lot of hands-on practice which helped me feel more confident working on real clients. They also do a good job preparing you for state boards and what to expect after school. Overall a great program if you’re trying to get into esthetics or any program!

  This is the absolute worst school to ever go to. MANY people have been assaulted and the school does nothing but a slap on the wrist IF they even do that!Teachers have even been attacked and STILL NOTHING!! there are also many safety concerns, holes in the ceilings, broken tiles to walk on, old rotten food stacked in the community fridge that nobody has cleaned, dust bunnies in the hallways, bathrooms that are barely clean,and overall just a very unsanitary place! also there are MASSIVE STUDENT SAFETY CONCERNS!! students will stay in the building after their classes have finished in order to prey on people! As well as they let ANYONE into the building! MANY students have also been asked BY HEAD STAFF to take down their reviews! they try to scare you by using your education against you! many people have been told not to say anything in fear of the school making issues for them while they still attend!!Their horrendous responses show exactly how it is!THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT STUDENTS OR STAFF!!
