- OBOlivia BeckAug 28, 20251.0We had an extremely disappointing experience at this KinderCare after the former director left and the assistant was promoted. From the start, my mama gut told me things weren’t right. The staff consistently called our daughter by the wrong name and disregarded her food allergy, even after we provided safe meals for her. Quite often, I would walk in and see the toddlers standing just a foot away from the tablet, watching shows rather than learning and playing. On multiple occasions, I also witnessed babies being picked up by the arm and carried across the room while my daughter was in the infant room. For a center that charges $425 a week, families should be able to expect engaged, attentive, and safe care. Unfortunately, this was not our experience. Our children deserve better.

He learns so much every day, and looks like he is always doing activities to keep him focused and entertained. The center has awesome instructors that help in any way they can, and they always post updates on what he is doing that day that I always look forward to!

The teachers are friendly and fun, the center director is extremely responsive and caring and the learning curriculums have helped our daughter blossom both socially and educationally. You can truly tell each person loves what they do and want the best experience for our child.
