We enrolled our son here shortly after our church daycare closed. I was apprehensive at first because We are very picky about who watches our son. We were thrilled with this daycare, especially with Miss Michelle who is in morning infant room. If I could hire her as a private nanny I would. They are clean and considerate. We paid the full tuition rate which is about 420 a week (2025) but they do participate in the ELEC and subsidy programs as well to help make it affordable. The best part is that they get a food grant where kids get their breakfast, lunch, and snack free. They also do occupational therapy free of charge. For example Our son was a bit slower to learn to chew and we could have gotten the free help. We ended up not needing it because the daycare workers really worked with him to try and eat new foods. We highly recommend! Thank you Plum Kindercare. The directors and all the staff are fantastic.

I absolutely LOVE the KinderCare of Plum. I've used another daycare in the vicinity and have taught in various child cares in the area. And this one is by far the best! They are very friendly and informative, and with all of the covid restrictions I love that they upload info and pics into the app throughout the day!

It's well organized and they always have fun, educational things going on in the classrooms. Our son started there when he was 1 year old and he has learned so much there! As a first time mom with my baby girl i always wished for i was so nervous putting her in daycare. She was home with me for 3 months then a family member for a month until that family member got sick and couldnt watch her anymore. I had to find somewhere really quick. I searched for so long and finally came to kindercare!! Best decision ever!! They take great care of my baby girl. She loves her teacher Kelsey and smiles. What i like most is the art activities they do with the infants. They paint at least once a week. They start teaching at a young age. I believe this kindercare is the best! No other site or daycare can compare to them!! No complaints at all!! I absolutely love Kelsey she goes above and beyond. Please at least take a tour if you considering you will not be disappointed

I would give this a 3.5 if that was an option. There are great things and not so great things about this place but I never felt my child was unsafe or went uncared for.
We picked kindercare for many reasons but a big factor was scheduling (i do not have a set schedule but would provide my schedule 4-6 weeks ahead of time). I picked this facility when I was 12 weeks pregnant and my son was no longer able to attend around 17 months old as they changed their policy on scheduling. While I understand this is a company and therefore, is interested in money, I could not believe loyal families were having to leave because of this issue. I would think the schedule changes would not apply to current families but enforced on newcomers. My child has been there from 12 weeks-17 months and had to switch after we were used to the teachers, the facility etc. I'm not sure how this is in the best interest of the children.
However, while we were there we were very happy. Ms Kelsey was amazing when my son was in the infant room (luckily she floats around so we still got to see her) and Ms Devon and Ms Heather always had fun with my son and would send home great pictures. My son was in a third room and I was never introduced to the teacher and I honestly don't even know her name. i think some staff (mainly front office) could have appeared a little friendlier but were professional none the less.
If it weren't for the schedule change I would still be attending but now that we're at a new facility there are some things I didn't notice were an issue until after I left. For example, it's a learning center so I'm not sure why we have to pay extra for things like phonics/reading , our children should be learning these things for no extra fee (that's included where I am currently attending). There are hidden fees for extra classes that are things I feel kids should be receiving regardless (as stated above this is considered a learning center and not a cheap one) . Although my child is a young toddler, I never felt he was being taught anything. Of course I'm not unreasonable but I thought he would be learning once in the toddler room and it didn't appear that was the case. I'm not sure if it's the age and things are clicking or new facility we use (or a combo) but since we left my son knows all his body parts, animal noises and some sign language.
With all that being said, Overall I would have to say I felt my kid was happy and safe during his time which is most important. I would still be attending if I didn't have to leave. These negative things I mentioned are things I didn't know up front.
