- QSQuay StylesFeb 9, 20261.0Please make sure you have proof that you gave atleast 2week notice before pulling your baby out of Kindercare or they will charge you over $600. I was charged eventhough the Director was made aware 2weeks ahead of time that I was not happy with the care. They only care about money. This location and director was very unwelcoming and barely had any interaction with the children. No greetings, no smiles. This is a daycare, everyone should be joyful spirits around kids. My baby slept most of the day and was not fed well. She was starving every single time I came to pick her up. I would bring snacks and the babies would run to me for them. I emailed the Director and she did not respond. I do not recommend this place.

The social engagement, songs, and lessons enabled my daughter to excel in her communication and learning. We liked the curriculum rotations which exposed our daughter to different topics and the team creatively decorated their space to provide a stimulating atmosphere related to what they were learning. I felt the teachers really got to know my child as an individual and provided her what she needed through the day. The long tenure of many of the teachers demonstrated that the culture and environment was good for both teachers and students.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Our daughter made many friends and memories during her time there. The kids were always doing new and fun activities daily to promote learning. I would highly recommend kindercare downtown.
