Our daughter has been going here for a year now, and we can’t imagine her anywhere else. The teachers, director, and staff are all so caring and attentive. They take the time to get to know families, and each child individually. They are responsive to any questions or concerns, and provide so much support to our family. I know that our daughter is in good hands when she is at Kindercare. I am constantly impressed with all of the activities that her teachers provide her with each day, and I know that they care about her immensely. I cannot recommend this center enough!

Words can’t express the importance of finding committed, talented, caring people to love and support your child. I think a decision about safe, nurturing childcare is the most important choice a person can make. We are so deeply grateful to the directors and teachers of Kindercare Mount Lebanon who prioritize safety, engage and educate each child as an individual, and love them when I am away. They are easily among the most important people in our family’s life. We will forever be grateful for their time and talent.

My wife and I paid $100 and completed all enrollment forms to get on the waitlist November 2022 with the hope that we would be able to get our child in around the fall of 2023 based on a call with the center. From June to October we called and emailed to see where we were on the waitlist on at least 10 occasions. After 6 months of not receiving an answer we asked for a refund. This daycare is almost 10 minutes closer than our current daycare but we are concerned about sending our child to an organization with such nonexistent communication (and we were just trying to give them our money!). I’m writing this review because it’s the only way we might get an explanation of what happened and when we would’ve been able to get in. Based on our experience don’t waste your time applying if you need childcare within the next 2 years.

FYI, they use masking as punishment here. Today was the last day for my child. In the morning he did raspberries at another child on the playground. For punishment he had to where a mask the rest of the day. So wearing masks are punishments? Is that the message we’re sending kids? I’d think twice about sending your kids here.
