We toured the Phoenixville facility and were impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of the staff, especially in terms of the foster system and the individualized needs of foster kiddos. The director (Santia) has been nothing short of amazing in terms of her communication with us and her collaboration on the needs of the kids. All 3 of our foster children love attending Kindercare. Miss Kayla, Emily, and Laura were wonderful teachers to our 9 month old infant. Our two year old toddler was in good hands with Jeanette, Madison, and Claire. We enjoyed our tenure with Kindercare and would definitely bring our boys back in the future.

Just like all centers, they have their ups and down and tons of turnover. What's most important is the centers issues have not rolled over to my children day to day routine. They love going to school and being with their friends. My 2 yr old loves Amy and Amina. At 2, hes learning so much from his numbers, colors, shapes, animals...ect. More importantly he's always happy and is always excited to go to school. My 4 year old who is taught by Jasmine, Briana, and Swathi is always happy and excited for school as well. He's been getting homework which i love. He's such a sponge and all three do an amazing job or expanding his knowledge and answering his inquisitive mind. Overall, all centers have their ups and downs just like anywhere else. What's important to me is that my kids are in an environment that is loving, caring, diverse, and challenges their education.
