  I came In for a tour , I was really looking forward to coming in for a tour for my 3 year old. I was scheduled at 2:30 but came in a bit earlier because of my work schedule . I did discuss this on the phone. I didnt think it would be an issue because I came at 2 and most likely Im touring for 5 minutes . I walked in rung the bells the staff took their time opening the door , so I thought maybe they didnt hear it and rung it again and the lady in the office said she coming giving me attitude very condescending. She opens the door and said how can I help you and I tell her I have a tour scheduled . She asks for my name and then saids I had you for 2:30 and I told her I have to work I was hoping to be seen earlier if possible . She tells me to wait 10 minutes because she had something to do which I understand but how she came off to me turned me off. After waiting for a couple minutes I just figured the school was not for me . It rubbed me the wrong way. I didnt like that experience at all. I seen the school has good reviews but for me to come in person and experience the opposite sucks . Maybe it was an off day but I just got up and cancelled my schedule tour .

  My daughter have been going to old city kindercare since she was 3 months old and now she is 3 yrs old and she loves going to school .. the staff and teachers are very friendly.. the education and the learning skills always been great at the school from learning sign language to speaking another language ..i couldn’t be more proud that i chose the right school for my daughter

  We absolutely love Kindercare! The teachers are so caring and patient — they treat every child like their own. My little one has grown so much since starting here and always comes home smiling. The center is warm, clean, and full of love. I’m so grateful to have found a place where my child feels safe, happy, and truly cared for. I highly recommend this center ❤️

  **Run. Don't walk.** My son has been at this center for about a month and let me just say, this place has been peace personified for me!! Me and my son have been with two other centers prior to coming to KinderCare Old City and there was always cause for concern for me at each place. I initially did not want to place my son in a daycare at all but life had other plans and I absolutely wish we started out at this center! It’s exceptionally clean and every teacher is warm and welcoming. The Directors, Ms. Kim and Ms. Wanda, are just lovely. You can just tell that they are passionate about what they do and it trickles down to the teachers. I mean the staff here are just exceptional. My son enjoys coming here. I can tell that he is being empowered because I have noticed that he wants to do more when he’s home and that he likes to learn. I think the decision to place him here was the best one I’ve made yet. It’s obvious that this center values kindness and respect. The environment is kid-centric, nurturing, colorful, peaceful, and welcoming. The curriculum is inspired and rich. My biggest thing has been to find the right place for me and my son where it’s evident that it’s not just a job for the teachers but an actual passion and this place is exactly that! You just feel the calm and love when you enter the building. This is the extended family you’re going to want for your little one because after all, that is what childcare is. They are transparent and communicative. There’s daily updates of your little one(s) with pictures through their app. We just absolutely love it! Also, geographically speaking I am going a bit out of my way to bring my son to this center and I do not mind at all because that’s how great of a place this is! I would definitely recommend this center to any parents with kiddies. Do your baby a favor and bring them here! I would say for me it’s been the unicorn of childcare centers. Also, special shoutout to Ms. Keya! She is truly the best!

  Where do I even begin? We just couldn’t have been happier with the care our son received at KinderCare on Arch St! The team of teachers—Miss Kim, Miss Wanda, Miss Jen, Miss Bri, and Miss Alaylah—were absolutely amazing. From day one, they created a nurturing and safe environment where our son felt loved and excited to go every day. Each teacher brought their own warmth, patience, and dedication to helping the kids grow and learn. We saw such great progress in our son's social skills, confidence, and creativity during his time there. The communication with us was always top-notch, and we felt informed about our son's daily activities and development. It was clear the staff genuinely cared about every child, going above and beyond to make each day special. We were so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for our son. Highly recommend!
