  We have had such a wonderful experience with this child care center, and I truly can’t say enough positive things about the staff and program. My daughter started here at 10 months old and is now 27 months (2 years old), and the growth we’ve seen in her during that time has been incredible. A special thank you to Ms. Syndie, Ms. Umbrenda, Ms. Angie, and Mr. Chris for making her transition from the infant room to the beginners classroom so smooth and comforting. They were patient, attentive, and made both my daughter and me feel completely at ease. I’m also so grateful to Ms. Joanne for always preparing meals she actually enjoys — it gives me peace of mind knowing she’s eating well every day. The curriculum has truly impressed us. My daughter has learned so much and is often complimented on how advanced her speech is for her age. She communicates clearly and confidently expresses her wants and needs, which I know comes from the guidance and encouragement she receives here. I also love how the center keeps the children engaged with meaningful, real-world learning experiences, including celebrations like Black History Month and other fun, inclusive activities throughout the year. It’s clear they care about both education and community. We’re so thankful for the loving, supportive, and enriching environment they provide and would highly recommend this center to any family looking for quality child care.

  It's more like a family atmosphere than a job, all the staff is great.Your child will be loved and cared for,oh yeah the food is healthy and made with love.

  Since the departure of Ms. Latifah, the environment at the school has changed significantly. There has been a noticeable lack of consistency in leadership, and the quality of student support and engagement has declined. It appears that the focus has shifted away from the children’s well-being and toward financial or administrative priorities. My child, who was once happy and engaged, became increasingly unhappy with the school experience. There have been fewer enriching activities for the students, and it feels as though their emotional and educational needs are no longer a priority. Additionally, I’ve had several negative experiences with the current principal, Ms. Sarah. I found her to be unprofessional, disrespectful, and lacking the empathy and leadership qualities necessary to foster a positive school environment. I’m not alone in these concerns — many other families have also chosen to leave the school following the change in leadership.
