I am very happy I found this daycare. I was having a horrible experience at another daycare because of the way they were treating one of my children. I was nervous at first but every one at this location is so friendly and I feel like they genuinely care about the children. They welcomed both of my children, even my son who has some behavioral issues. Even now that he graduated and is in kindergarten, they always ask how he is. Most of the teachers that work there seem to stay for a while which is rare in a daycare. All of the teachers I’ve met are friendly. I feel welcome when I walk in the doors. My daughter still attends. I love the photos and even videos that they post. They do so much with them. I love how the teachers are honest and always let you know how your kid is doing. I’m very happy!

My son attended this center for about a year. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and it was a better environment for my child than the previous center he had attended. Unfortunately, when my son was switched to the pre-k class is when it all went downhill. Just to preface this, I expressed apprehension of my son going to a new teacher just because we had grown so fond of the one he already had but I understood that the transition needed to take place. When I expressed this apprehension, I was not met with an introduction and reassurance. Instead the teacher looked blankly at me while I spoke with both her and the Director about it. The Director is the one who attempted to reassure me. This was an odd interaction, especially one to have as a parent who wants to feel like a team with the teacher, but I decided to just give it a try. Needless to say, my son went from being fine with drop off to being upset just about every morning when he figured out he would be going to her class. She barely said good morning or have a good day during pick up or drop off. I would overhear her speaking with the children and she spoke in a very annoyed, unenthusiastic tone... not one to have when dealing with small children. There were several occasions on which I witnessed behavior from her that concerned me but I did not alert the Director because I figured nothing would be done about it, as I had felt that the first interaction with this teacher and Director was not handled well and off-putting. Eventually, I decided to move my child to another location and the day he left he hugged just about every teacher but her. She did not acknowledge his departure from the center at all. To me, it felt like she doesn't truly like to work with children and families. There was no sense of wanting to foster a relationship from the beginning and overall her disposition is unpleasant. I know of another parent who transferred her child from this center for the same reason and there was no exit interview to try to understand why the move was taking place with either of us. This woman and I did not know each other until we met after switching locations and swapped stories. Strangely enough, her child was one of the children whom I witnessed the teacher interact with and the interaction did not sit well with me so I was grateful her discernment told her to move her child. It is a shame because the center overall is not bad, but clearly there is an issue with the teacher in this classroom if there are people leaving once their child gets there. I typically do not like to leave reviews if it is not positive, but I feel like this needs to be known as this is not an isolated incident.

We were so sad to leave Donna and the caring teachers at this location. Our son spent 6 lovely, fun-filled, joyful months full of love with his teachers at this center. We could see the true love the teachers have for our son, and leaving him in their caring hands each day was made so much easier knowing that. This center is clean, engages children in activities, welcomed everybody with a smile (every day!), and sent many many updates in their app to keep us in the loop.
