From the very beginning, I was misled about the tuition pricing, and the communication around fees and policies was inconsistent and unprofessional. What was explained to me during the enrollment process did not match what I was later charged, and when I tried to get clarification, I was met with dismissiveness instead of accountability. The director’s attitude was unprofessional, and rather than focusing on resolving issues, she often made excuses or deflected responsibility. As a parent, that’s unacceptable — especially when you’re trusting a childcare center with your child’s safety and well-being. The most concerning part is that my five-year-old son, Kash, came home several times saying that staff members were mean to him. No child should ever feel uncomfortable or mistreated in a place that’s supposed to be caring and supportive. That alone made it clear to me that this center does not uphold the standards it advertises. I would not recommend this KinderCare location to any parent who expects transparency, professionalism, or a nurturing environment. My advice — ask detailed questions, get everything in writing, and trust your instincts.

Miss Colleen- you are AWSOME, we love you! My daughter is safe, happy, and absolutely loves her teachers and friends. I couldn't ask for more. Miss Lisa the director has always kept us informed & has been so kind and helpful. I am a very happy parent. Thank you all for doing such a great job and taking such good care of my daughter.
