  My experience with KinderCare has been extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, I was misled about the tuition pricing, and the communication around fees and policies was inconsistent and unprofessional. What was explained to me during the enrollment process did not match what I was later charged, and when I tried to get clarification, I was met with dismissiveness instead of accountability. The director’s attitude was unprofessional, and rather than focusing on resolving issues, she often made excuses or deflected responsibility. As a parent, that’s unacceptable — especially when you’re trusting a childcare center with your child’s safety and well-being. The most concerning part is that my five-year-old son, Kash, came home several times saying that staff members were mean to him. No child should ever feel uncomfortable or mistreated in a place that’s supposed to be caring and supportive. That alone made it clear to me that this center does not uphold the standards it advertises. I would not recommend this KinderCare location to any parent who expects transparency, professionalism, or a nurturing environment. My advice — ask detailed questions, get everything in writing, and trust your instincts.

  I’ve been bringing my kids to this daycare since February 2025, and I couldn’t be happier. The entire team is absolutely amazing — caring, patient, and dedicated. They create such a warm and safe environment where my children feel loved and excited to go every day. I truly appreciate the attention they give to each child and the great communication with parents. Thank you for all that you do

  This is the worst daycare/preschool. My kid was never happy for the time she was here and I just thought she was taking a little more time to get adjusted but luckily one day after I dropped her off I went right back in since I had forgotten her water bottle, they were all outside in the play area and soon as I opened the door from classroom to outside, I saw that she had vomited from crying and her class teacher literally jumping up and down telling my kid how she is grossed out by her vomit and that she did it again and how gross is that and how gross is my daughter for throwing up (my daughter being 2.5yr old), while not even helping her change her clothes or cleaning her up or consoling her to stop crying. I took my daughter and that was the last we saw of the school. On another note, they never refunded us for the school closure days that they had for teacher shortage, which we were promised we’d be refunded even if we left school. My kid is much happier in another school now and it barely took her any time to settle in. The management is if no help either; they say they will take care of the matter but never really do. This particular teacher in concern with my daughter’s incident was Miss. Danielle. I have made sure to let my experience be known in our entire friends and family circles so no one makes the mistake of sending their kids this this awful school. I’d give them a zero star if it was an option.

  The teachers and staff at Kinder Care in North Wales are wonderful. They are very responsive to any questions I have and they make me feel comfortable sending my 3 year old son to be in their care all day. My son loves going to "school" and talks about his teacher all the time. We started Kinder care during the pandemic so we have not been able to tour the school, however everything appears clean and tidy inside. They also take Covid seriously and take all of the precautions to keep the kids safe! I would definitely recommend Kinder Care in North Wales, PA.

  Kindercare is absolutely amazing my son has been attending this center for 5 years and they have been nothing but great to him. From cleanliness, to amazing care they are 100% in all areas. They do a lot of holiday events to keep the children busy from preschool to school age. If your looking for a great center this North Wales Kindercare is the one to choose.
