  Honestly this place is disappointing, you can tell that there’s no cleanliness within the staff in the rooms, infants are sharing and drooling and sleeping on the same mats. Some staff are rude and have attitudes it makes me question how my sister leaves her child there. Spoke with other parents heard state has been called serval times but yet no action has been taken. Please hire better staff.

  This particular Kindercare center used to be great when they were at the old location on Belmont, but there's been nothing but problems since they moved. When me and my daughter's mother enrolled her, we were told that things like biting aren't tolerated and means for expulsion. My daughter is in preschool and has been bit, hit, and her nose bloodied by the same two children on numerous occasions. One of the boys even blacked another child's eye. Today was the last straw as her nose was bloodied AGAIN and we've decided to pull her out. We've received incident reports, but nothing has been done to ensure that these children no longer abuse my child, on the administrative end, and that's completely unacceptable. I recommended this center to everyone I knew with small children in the past, as my son who's now 16 used to go there, but things have changed and too many things are being overlooked. There are some great teachers, Kelly, Lyrica, and Sarah are wonderful. Unfortunately my daughter didn't get to say goodbye. We wish them well, though.

  KinderCare the best daycare for a child. KinderCare has become apart of my family by the care they’re providing to my son. Which has become a major help to me I consider this center my hero’s. This center is supportive nurturing. I trust the teachers so much I love the environment it’s very positive warm and welcoming, I must include very clean. Filled with variety of things for the kids to learn and explore. I can’t express how much I appreciate and value the care you all provide thank you.

  We absolutely love Kindercare! The staff truly cares about each and every child, and I feel completely safe and confident sending my toddler each day. He comes home happy and exhausted from all the playing and learning—and he even naps better there than he does at home! One of our favorite parts is the big gym they get to play in daily; it’s perfect for helping little ones get their energy out in a fun and safe space. The communication from Sarah, the director, has been amazing—she’s always warm, responsive, and on top of everything. We also love the updates we get throughout the day on the app, which give us peace of mind and a peek into all the fun he’s having. His teachers, Ms. Danna and Ms. Zoe, are wonderful and so attentive—we feel so lucky to have them caring for him. Highly, highly recommend!
