- PWP WardDec 15, 20251.0This particular Kindercare center used to be great when they were at the old location on Belmont, but there's been nothing but problems since they moved. When me and my daughter's mother enrolled her, we were told that things like biting aren't tolerated and means for expulsion. My daughter is in preschool and has been bit, hit, and her nose bloodied by the same two children on numerous occasions. One of the boys even blacked another child's eye. Today was the last straw as her nose was bloodied AGAIN and we've decided to pull her out. We've received incident reports, but nothing has been done to ensure that these children no longer abuse my child, on the administrative end, and that's completely unacceptable. I recommended this center to everyone I knew with small children in the past, as my son who's now 16 used to go there, but things have changed and too many things are being overlooked. There are some great teachers, Kelly, Lyrica, and Sarah are wonderful. Unfortunately my daughter didn't get to say goodbye. We wish them well, though.

Our son, Charlie, has absolutely thrived over the past year under their care. As a first time mom, nothing was more nerve wracking than returning to work, while leaving my 3 month old in the care of others. From day 1, his incredible teachers took both us and him under their wings, ensuring to always keep us updated on how he progressed during the day/weeks, teaching him new skills almost daily and overall just having so much fun with him! To name just of these outstanding teachers, we cannot thank Ms. Bianca, Ms. Deanna, Ms. Alyssa and Ms. Paula for all the love and support. You all rock and we are SO sad to be moving. Additionally, I would like to highlight that the Narberth location is truly state-of-the-art - amazing job to Ms. Sarah and Ms. Kristen for all they do. It is clean, well-kept/decorated and most importantly safe. They also do so many activities with the kids, playing in the gym, going outside/on short walks and arts and crafts. Overall - this Kindercare is amazing and anyone who gets the opportunity to send their kiddos here is going to love it! Georgia Chesire

I really love how the teachers and directors interact with him. And he really loves them. He often talks about them on the weekends and can't wait to get back.He's staying the enrichment program soon and I'm very excited about it. I'm sure it's going to help him continue to grow and develop. Thanks kindercare!!

They give plenty of updates so I can see what the kids are up to throughout the day. The center is open, spacious and clean. They have parking right by the main entrance so it’s easy to unload multiple kids. All around great experience!
