  My son has been attending school at this center since last May. He has made such a vast improvement in his development since he started with KinderCare. His teachers have all been amazing and each take a special interest in my son as well as the other children in their class. My son has delays with his speech and is need of some extra attention for his behavior. The director, Alana, and staff offer advice on how to help and outside services that can provide the individual attention that he needs. They will work with families to ensure each child has what they need to succeed and grow. They have lesson plans that keep children engaged and have fun while learning. Outside groups come in like a puppet show and visitors from the aviary, to offer something new and exciting, yet still be a teachable moment. They truly have each child’s best interest at heart!

  I can not thank all of the staff enough for all they have done for my baby girl since she has been there she has grown so much and gets so excited every time we say it’s time to go to school Miss Theresa in the infant room along with the others have been the best can’t wait to see how much more she learns and grows while there

  We have been with KinderCare for over 8 years! My kids love the activities and their teachers. We drop them off knowing they are in great hands.

  KinderCare West has been wonderful. Very professional staff and teachers. My daughter has learned so much in the short time she’s been attending. I highly recommend!

  Went downhill really fast and we had to switch to a different provided. The current management team (Kristen & Lori) on-site cares and are very good, assuming they are still in place. If they still are, I think there's a lot of hope for this facility. But the regional management seems to view this facility as a way station for directors whom they place in other facilities after six months. The management churn was difficult to keep up with and was perhaps the reason services declined. I've learned they don't hire the more accredited teachers they used to when we started. It shows as we pulled out when the aggression in a room went unchecked for several months and we would find wounds and cuts on our youngest that were not reported to us by the teachers. The facility is also in dire need of a deep cleaning and tens of thousands of dollars in upgrades. All this while they raise prices 5-6% a year. Shareholders matter far more than the children in the way KinderCare's senior administration runs. That's a shame because the on-site management when we left really cared. I would raise objections about the price increases to the local director, who empathized. I would also raise them to the regional management but would just get boilerplate responses from the central customer service line rather than a response acknowledging I'm a parent with a concern. I do not want to write a negative review but I feel that putting my thoughts out there might help another parent to make an informed decision.
