  My son was enrolled at East KinderCare Moon Township a week after his 1st birthday, he is almost 3 now. He has developed in all areas and aspects of his life for that 2 year period. During this 2 year period our family has encountered numerous amount of challenges in which leadership and staff made provisions to accommodate us. Not to mention the provision they made in regards to safety and care of my son after undergoing a surgery 2 weeks after being enrolled at the center, all that was required of me was to provide a written information in regards to the guidelines and protocols to adhere to while taking care of him during his recovery. Challenges were also faced in regards to picking up at the required time up and arrangements was made to accommodate us. Communication has been really effective between , leadership team, teachers and parents. Each time there has been a change in my son’s behavior that is of concern I am notified, there is also a progress report that is provided to outline areas that needs a improvement with your child and areas that the child has made improvements in. Communication has even become more effective since the app came into effect as now you are able to receive detailed information on your child’s daily routine. Also there is always someone available to reach out to whenever there is a concern or situation that you think was not dealt with in an acceptable manner. I am even more enthused by the provisions made with challenges being faced since the pandemic, guidelines and protocols are in place to ensure the safety of everyone. I am sincerely pleased with the leadership team and all members of staff for their continual hard work and dedication towards maintaining a clean and safe environment that is conducive for learning and development.

  My kid and I love this place. My kid is going to this place since an infant. I love the teachers, they are very professional and friendly. Even during the pandemic my kid's class didn't get effected. That shows the level of commitment and cleanliness of this place. Every kid is taken care of personally.

  Our son has been enrolled at Kindercare Moon Twp East since he turned one. He is now 3.5 and in their preschool program. We have always been impressed with the level of care received by all of the staff. They always give warm welcomes, and you can tell they truly care about the children. Our son has also experienced food allergies, and the staff has been attentive and flexible to make sure his dietary needs are followed, and that he still gets to partake in special treats. Also, during all of the COVID uncertainty, we have remained confident in the school's safety standards, and have not had any issues thanks to Morgan and her wonderful team!

  As a first time mom who was pregnant and gave birth during the pandemic, I was very apprehensive over bringing my 4 month old to daycare, but I needed to get back to work. My husband and I chose Moon Township East KinderCare after a very thorough virtual meeting with the school Director, Morgan and virtual facilities tour. The process alone of not having anyone step foot at their facilities with the exception of staff was a plus. There is a very large and active effort of ensuring the hand-off of children to staff is done in a very safe, distanced and clean manner. Updates are sent in their mobile app (very convenient) throughout the day so I know what my baby is doing and when. The teachers are very involved in my baby’s development. They are very specific in her milestone status, and give really helpful tips and advice. The staff is also very helpful with any other questions you may have including questions you may have as a new parent. I know I’m very grateful to have them as a resource. Lastly, the school feels like a family. Everyone knows our name, they say hello, and the atmosphere is very light and fun. I can tell my baby is very happy when she’s there. She gets excited arriving at school. We are very happy with our choice. Excellent daycare!

  This is our second year with Moon Twp. East KinderCare. Besides the staff being fantastic and very caring. Our son has developed so well. Everyday is something new with him. Thank you again for all of his positive experiences.
