  My daughter has been attending Chesterbrook Academy Labs since last summer, and we love seeing how much she has improved. She is well cared for by Miss Cianna, Miss Jazzy, Miss Stacy, and, most recently, Miss Brie. She had a bumpy start; it took her a while to get acclimated, but she eventually improved. The staff's support was essential in building her trust.

  My son has been with CBA since he was 3 months old and is now 18 months old. Although I am a teacher with the company I truly believe he has grown and learned so much! He is now in the toddler room with Miss Jazzy, Miss Cianna, and Miss Lia. My son is starting to talk and sign so much with their guidance! They’ve all been so great with communication on a daily basis. I can tell they all thoroughly enjoy the students and the fun activities they plan my son definitely loves! I look forward to seeing his daily reports as they keep that current and updated with activities. I’m excited to see how much he grows with them 💕 Also want to add in about new administration! Miss Nicole has come into labs with open arms towards families and students the same! Miss Megan is always welcoming us in the door with a smile and kind words to start our day!

  Chesterbrook has been very patient and accommodating when transitioning our daughter to daycare for the first time. Ms. Lily has been nothing but caring and kind to our daughter during this time, making sure to communicate with us parents as much as possible and keep us updated. Nowadays, our daughter is eager to give Ms Lily a hug in the morning and wave goodbye during drop-off 😀

  We started at Chesterbrook this fall and have had a wonderful experience so far! This is our first time at daycare or preschool, so parents and child were all experiencing some anxious feelings about starting something new! The staff has been an absolute blessing during this transition. They have been patient and compassionate with him, helping him understand that he's safe and cared for at school. On particularly tough days, they asked questions and sought to align their actions with how we comfort and encourage at home. When our son had an allergic reaction at school, they spend extra time searching for answers and staying in contact with us. We are so excited to see all the ways he's learning and growing at Chesterbrook Lancaster Labs. We are so grateful for all the staff who pour into our little guy and are especially grateful for his teachers, Miss Maddie and Miss Bree. He's always excited to "talk about my school day" and tell stories, naming off all the friends he played with and teachers who help him learn! I am amazed by how well the admin staff knows each kiddo and I love seeing kids stop office to give hugs and say goodbye at the end of the day!
