Chesterbrook has been very patient and accommodating when transitioning our daughter to daycare for the first time. Ms. Lily has been nothing but caring and kind to our daughter during this time, making sure to communicate with us parents as much as possible and keep us updated. Nowadays, our daughter is eager to give Ms Lily a hug in the morning and wave goodbye during drop-off 😀

We recently started our son at Chesterbrook Academy and have been very happy with our decision! Everyone is very kind and our son especially loves his teacher, Ms. Lily! She is so sweet with him and he is always excited to give her a hug each morning! Chesterbrook has provided us with peace of mind knowing that our little one is well cared for and loved while away from home!

We started at Chesterbrook this fall and have had a wonderful experience so far! This is our first time at daycare or preschool, so parents and child were all experiencing some anxious feelings about starting something new! The staff has been an absolute blessing during this transition. They have been patient and compassionate with him, helping him understand that he's safe and cared for at school. On particularly tough days, they asked questions and sought to align their actions with how we comfort and encourage at home. When our son had an allergic reaction at school, they spend extra time searching for answers and staying in contact with us. We are so excited to see all the ways he's learning and growing at Chesterbrook Lancaster Labs. We are so grateful for all the staff who pour into our little guy and are especially grateful for his teachers, Miss Maddie and Miss Bree. He's always excited to "talk about my school day" and tell stories, naming off all the friends he played with and teachers who help him learn! I am amazed by how well the admin staff knows each kiddo and I love seeing kids stop office to give hugs and say goodbye at the end of the day!

We are so thankful for all of the staff at Chesterbrook. Miss Stacey, Miss Lisandra and Miss Jay are such welcoming faces in the morning-ready for any type of mood my kids are in. Both have been attending since they were 12 weeks old. We are so thankful for Miss Alyssa, Miss Brie and Miss Maddie who constantly encourage our kids. We’re also so thankful for Miss B and her banana phone!
