I was very nervous at first because due to COVID they do not let parents enter the facility. I absolutely love it. If i have ever had a concern, it was addressed and taken care of. Im very serious when it comes to the well being of my kids and i trust this facility with my daughter. They send me pictures and videos throughout the day and that is very important to me. We will be staying here long term.
- KRKam RayJan 29, 20191.0My daughter went here for a year and it was the worst experience. The director of this facility needs to be changed! Every interaction I had with her was unpleasant. We had an incident with our daughter while she was in their care and the way the situation was handled was most unsettling thing I had experienced. Kids will get cuts and scrapes- it's a part of growing up and that isn't my complaint but rather than reassuring us she argued and brought me to tears. To top it off, we had to request an incident report be written for our 2 year old- an incident where our daughter had to be taken to an urgent care (not a small cut or scrape).
