  I get it childcare is not easy but we tried over and over to overlook things but it got to the point that things were extremely unsafe for our infant/toddler. We went through 3-4 different directors in just over a year. Ratios were often not respected and staff were often on phones distracted when picking up. Our child was bitten and beaten by older kids multiple times and we as parents were lied to and often mislead about what actually happened keep in mind our child was under the age of 2. I would stay clear from this branch and find your self a better care there are plenty in Lancaster County. For the price of this place and for caring for your child. The peace of mind we have had since leaving is something you can't put a price on.

  Wonderful daycare! They treat my son with such care and love! I can't ask for a better team of people to care for my son!

  Wow! So many wonderful things to say about this center. All three of my children are in or have been in kindercare learning center so we’ve been a KinderCare family for a long time. My oldest son who is now 10 started at the kindercare pre-K counts and now sometimes does the school age care program and now my middle son is in pre-K counts and my youngest is in the discovery preschool class. It’s safe to say I’ve have trusted the staff at KinderCare for over 7 years with my babies and I am more than grateful for the amount of professionalism, commitment and love that they have shown my family! I want to say thank you to all of the teachers and staff for being a part of my children’s learning and growth! I want to give a few special shout outs to some important teachers that have specifically worked with my boys! Mrs. Eden! You have been there since the beginning and continue to show how much you care for your students and families! Thank you for showing compassion and love to your students! Mrs Hannah, you’re genuine spirit makes me smile and I know my boys all love to see you. Ms. Gabby, my boys talk about you all the time! Thank you for being kind! Ms. Helen, Zekey talks about you all the time 😀 he loves his teachers! I think 2020 and 2021 has been the hardest to get to know who everyone is in person so I know I missed a lot of you wonderful teachers but thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all your love and support throughout these years. A special thanks to Ms. Jill and Ms. Amanda for running such a great center! You are all greatly appreciated! ♥️

  We LOVE Kindercare, they have the absolute best teachers, so thoughtful and always keep you in the loop on your child's daily activities. They encourage and support your children to learn and to thrive. The Directors Jill and Amanda are incredible and so easy to communicate with. Our son has absolutely thrived being in their care and I honestly send them little letters from time to time just thanking them for all they do for us. I highly recommend this facility. Your child will be happy, healthy and learn a ton in their care which makes going to work, for you, just a bit easier knowing your babe is somewhere where the staff genuinely cares about them and their milestones.
