  I get it childcare is not easy but we tried over and over to overlook things but it got to the point that things were extremely unsafe for our infant/toddler. We went through 3-4 different directors in just over a year. Ratios were often not respected and staff were often on phones distracted when picking up. Our child was bitten and beaten by older kids multiple times and we as parents were lied to and often mislead about what actually happened keep in mind our child was under the age of 2. I would stay clear from this branch and find your self a better care there are plenty in Lancaster County. For the price of this place and for caring for your child. The peace of mind we have had since leaving is something you can't put a price on.

  Wonderful daycare! They treat my son with such care and love! I can't ask for a better team of people to care for my son!

  My daughter and my son has been attending for a while and I feel so confident and comfortable to drop my kids up every weekday. I love how diverse they are and always keeping me informed of what my kids are doing. My daughter has been talking so much since she’s been attending and is able to show us what she learned. My son just graduated his toddler program and now is in the discovery preschool program made me so happy that they sent the message and informed us. I’m so happy to choose this school everyone is so amazing

  I am so grateful for this KinderCare center !! I have two daughters that have attended KinderCare for the past 5 years. The teachers and directors really care about the children. They been a huge support to me and my girls in terms of academics, transportation to and from school, and availability for summer programs. I love the diversity at the center, all are welcome and my kids love the activities offered. The center staff keep you updated throughout the day, all I can say is I love the center and your children are in good hands here !

  If you want to give away $75 (application fee) and have crappy communication with a facility that will be in care of your child, then then be sure to check them out! I sent in an inquiry and later that day I received an invite for a tour. That following Tuesday in April I went on the tour and I was told that if I chose part time my child would get in quick. So I went forward with the application and gave my money. I was told to call on Thursday to find out when the opening would be available. I called on Thursday and was told that Laura (director) was unavailable and a message would be given to her. After no return call I called again on Monday and was told Laura was on the other line with her boss and it would be a lengthy call. I left another message for her. After no call, I called on Thursday and was told that Laura was on the other line but would return my call ASAP. The following Wednesday I called again and was told Laura was out due to her child being ill but the office staff said they will send her a text. Still no return call so that following Monday I called once more and was told that Laura was not available but I could leave a message. At this point I decided to search for other childcare. And let’s just say, I have never had any issues with communication or my child being accepted. AND HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL!!
