Communication was poor, and I often felt out of the loop about my child’s day. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and I didn’t feel confident that my child was getting the attention or care they deserved. Cleanliness was also a concern, things didn’t feel as well-maintained as they should be. Most importantly, my child was learning nothing while attending this daycare. I expected a safe, nurturing, and educational environment, but unfortunately, this wasn’t it for us.

The center is always clean, bright, and welcoming, which immediately gave us peace of mind. Erica has been wonderful—she is responsive, kind, and attentive to any questions we had. And we especially want to mention Sarah, who quickly became our daughter’s favorite teacher. Sarah genuinely cares about the kids and has a special way of connecting with both children and parents. She really felt like a big friend to our little girl, which made the transition much easier when mama was away. Our daughter grew attached to her and always looked forward to seeing her each day. We are truly grateful for the care and warmth shown here, and we’d recommend this daycare without hesitation.

From the teachers, to the center director, each treated our children as if they were their own. The teachers are attentive and the regular updates we receive made it a much easier transition. This was our first experience using child care and would not hesitate to recommend Kindercare Enola to anyone and everyone who is interested.
