- SRSkye RFeb 4, 20261.0Horrible place. Constantly closes down due to being understaffed. My child has been hurt over 20 times since being there as an infant and he is now almost 2. There are so many safety concerns and violations, and nothing ever seems to be done

Communication was poor, and I often felt out of the loop about my child’s day. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and I didn’t feel confident that my child was getting the attention or care they deserved. Cleanliness was also a concern, things didn’t feel as well-maintained as they should be. Most importantly, my child was learning nothing while attending this daycare. I expected a safe, nurturing, and educational environment, but unfortunately, this wasn’t it for us.

Finally got a response letting me know they would be interested in having us tour. I emailed back right away asking about dates. Sent a second email after no one responded. Again. Finally told my husband that I was no longer interested. If I can't get a response about enrollment in a timely manner, I can't trust I will get communication regarding my kid in a timely manner. Super disappointed because I had heard great things about this place.
- AMAbby MFeb 17, 20195.0I absolutely love Kindercare I was searching hard for a great daycare for my son and I came across some that I took my son out in a week.They didn’t feel right, And I came across Kindercare and I absolutely love them I have been with Kindercare for about a year now and I wouldn’t change anything from the Directors to the all of the teachers, they are just amazing Kindercare is Amazing and I always know my son will be in great hands. I love Kindercare they are like my second family.
