  I’ve had five haircuts with Mary, and every one of them has been excellent. She’s consistently pleasant, professional, and genuinely engaging, which makes the whole experience enjoyable. I always leave happy with the results and will definitely continue going to her for my haircuts.

  Payton W does such an amazing job with color and blowouts—she is incredibly attentive and truly cares about her work. I have had a wonderful experience at this school every time I go. The instructors are encouraging, the environment is welcoming, and I leave so happy with my results after each appointment. Highly recommend! 💕✨

  I came in today for a manicure and pedicure. I want to start by saying I’ve had positive experiences here in the past — including previous nail services and even a facial — which is why today was especially disappointing. The service today took almost three hours, largely because the student was reading directly off an instruction sheet the entire time and seemed very unsure. I tried to remain patient and polite, but eventually suggested that someone come over to look at my nails, as several were clearly not done correctly. An educator briefly came over, fixed one nail, and left without saying anything. A nail tech educator did the same shortly after. There was no explanation, reassurance, or acknowledgment of the overall quality of the work. At the end, I was told the service was finished even though my nails were still wet, with multiple unnecessary layers of polish clearly applied in an attempt to fix mistakes. Because of how long it took and the lack of awareness or communication from staff, I ultimately left feeling ignored and extremely dissatisfied. I understand this is a learning environment, but there should still be a basic level of oversight, communication, and care. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of that, and I would not recommend based on this visit.
