Really appreciate the flexible hours as my husband and I work from home and can have unpredictable schedules.

Even as a first-time mom, I was never worried about whether or not they were taking good care of her. My daughter also came home with new, surprising skills, which we attribute to her teachers there. Pre-COVID, I stopped by every day to spend time with her and witnessed how the staff interacted with the kids. It's exhausting work but they still manage to stay upbeat and positive, so I really appreciated that. As for how they're handling the whole COVID situation, my husband and I are of the opinion that they're sincerely doing their best.

While all the kids were sleeping on floor beds. They should have people with a lot more patience especially when they have all these little bodies laying around. The sweet kid woke up and eminently asked if she was ok... The Caregiver didn't even check on him and kept going about how stressed she was. She did all that just to cross the room and get my sons bag that we were not even in a hurry. I wasThere in and out in 2 min .god know what else happened threw out the day.
