  The owners don’t even live in Oregon. Nor do they have any experience in education. They're real estate people. This is a side hustle for them. Only the teachers care about the kids.

  I 100% recommend Primrose! As a mother, I feel truly happy and at peace knowing my son is here. The communication is excellent and always very quick. I also love how clean and well-maintained the school is. My son has made so much progress in his learning since joining Primrose. I highly recommend this daycare for your children — it has been a wonderful experience for our family.

  We really love Primrose Silicon Forest so far. We were nervous to send our baby to a caregiver at 7 months old, but she adjusted quickly and loves it! The teachers are very communicative and respectful. The app system is super useful and keeps a working parent’s mind at ease that their kiddo is being well taken care of.

  Primrose is a great school ! They are clean and great with the kids! They are great at communicating with you about your little one because they know how important it is. Primrose is not only a child care but a place where your child can go every week and learn, have fun, and grow and play with their friends . Give them a try if you’re looking for a good place to take your little one, they offer tours to make sure it's right for you! The teachers are wonderful and understanding. I appreciate all the support and communication I’ve gotten from his teachers daily! There very informative and great positive attitudes I highly recommend this child care center to anyone!

  I’m a former preschool teacher and it has been a nightmare trying to find the “perfect” preschool for my son. I was incredibly picky since I have worked in the industry. COVID has shut down schools and stripped current schools of experienced teachers. Many schools that withstood COVID had let their standards slip or their waitlist made it impossible to enroll. Needless to say, I am incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to enroll my son at Primrose. The Primrose team confirms my decision everyday I walk into the school. The school is clean and boards are updated monthly. The school is secure. I have personally been locked out while trying to receive my son for his doctor’s appointment. The staff is incredibly friendly and inviting. They greet us on the way in with a warm smile and every person knows my son’s name. Each room has big glass windows so you can see what the other children are doing in their classrooms. Each and every student is engaged. Teachers are attentive to the children’s needs but they give them enough room to explore. The best part is watching how the staff reacts when a rare fit or tantrum happens. Mr. Jackie or Ms. Jessica will perk up and immediately investigate. The child is always given tools to help control their emotions by their teachers. I have never seen a child just sit and “cry it out” by themselves. They follow the curriculum and do activities with the children everyday. Sometimes multiple times a day. Administration supports their teachers by giving them plan time to implement these activities. Teachers actually play with the kids outside! They also do daily circle time twice a day. It’s so cute to see them sitting on the carpet when I pick my son up. It’s been incredibly easy and fun communicating with the staff at Primrose. My son was struggling with a transition to a new school and teachers. It was hard to hear he was showing bad behaviors. The staff made me feel a part of the team. His teachers always make sure to tell me how his progress is. Mr. Jackie and Ms. Jessica was also aware of my son’s struggle and would talk with me about it when I needed a different point of view. Together we came up with strategies and methods to use at school and home that work. The thing I love the most about Primrose is that the administration supports their staff members. The directors have children who are enrolled in the school. They make the time to go into the classrooms and get to know the children. I’ve seen Ms. Jessica and Mr. Jackie giving their teacher’s pep talk and support. Teachers are given planning time and a monthly staff meeting. I think that’s awesome because it gives teachers time to collaborate with each other. I have also never seen a room where teachers are watching more children than they’re legally supposed to. This tells me whoever does the scheduling cares about their staff.
