  My daughter lasted a month and I snatched her out with quickness. Now they seem to assume I owe them money bc they mistreated my daughter and refused to have her go back. She would come home everyday with an accident report bc another teachers daughter would bully her. How many times must that happen before the situation is handled? They didnt do anything so I did.

  I had searched for months trying to find a center that had openings for an infant and two 2 year old toddlers AND that accepted subsidy as we are a foster/adoptive home. Finally at the end of my rope, I posted in a FB group begging for help. The director, Taylor, commented on my post and the next day I had secured a spot for all three of my sweet babies. From the moment I entered the doors to tour the facility, I knew my babies would be loved and taken care of. The Assistant Director, Nicole, listened patiently to all of my concerns regarding the fact my kiddos had never had social interaction with others their age. My son is in occupational and speech therapy, with his therapists visiting him 4-6 times per week. Nicole put me at ease and assured me that he and his therapists would have a private, quite place to visit. Both of his therapists have gushed over his development since attending the daycare. He's exceeded their expectations by leaps and bounds. My once scared-of-his-own-shadow little boy is now the class clown and has quite the personality. All of the teachers at the center are so sweet and patient with the kids, and I can tell that they genuinely care for them. Heather, Hannah, Harli, Eileena and so many others are the sweetest, not only to my babies but to me as well. I'm the conductor of the Hot Mess Express and they never judge, and always help where they can. Nicole so kindly helps me keep my kids from running into the parking lot like crazed headless chickens with an unalive wish when I'm trying to load them in the afternoons. I appreciate that more than I can express. I love that they do events for the families, and I LOVE that those events involve food so I don't have to cook dinner. The app they use is amazing. I get real time updates of their meals/eating, diaper changes, activities, even pictures and videos of what they're up to. And Hot Mess here often forgets to bring supplies unless it's in writing (you try and keep alllllll the things between 7 kids straight) but the handy dandy app logs what supplies I need to bring and for whom. I live in MWC and the sister center there called a couple of months ago with openings for all three. I declined. My kids have done so well here and are clearly loved and cared for. I don't want to disrupt that. So I gladly drive the extra miles and lose the few extra minutes of sleep so my babies are here with these lovely ladies. I cannot thank them enough for the peace of mind they provide me with concerning the well being of my precious babies. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone, a million times over.

  Bad experience before here and all I can say is I sure hope the staffing and management has gotten better.

  The teachers do not listen to what the parents wan, my older daughters who are 3 & 2 both are in rooms that had a lice scare and none said anything. on top of i watched as well as my husband that taylor slapped a one year old child they did nothing.
