Now they seem to assume I owe them money bc they mistreated my daughter and refused to have her go back. She would come home everyday with an accident report bc another teachers daughter would bully her. How many times must that happen before the situation is handled? They didnt do anything so I did.

They go above and beyond to meet the needs of our family and are very flexible! If you are looking for a safe environment for your children to learn, grow, and have fun I can’t recommend KinderCare enough! I would also like to shout out a few people there that just go the extra mile, Lala, Harley, Taylor (Director) and Nicole go above and beyond and we are so grateful! Highly recommend!!

My oldest granddaughter is 4, 2.5 and youngest is 1 but when the youngest first started he was about 5 months old. And my middle was 1.5 but they have grown so much. The two girls LOVE when they have Hair day and when they come home they look AMAZING and they don't want anyone to touch it because their teacher did it 😊 I have and would definitely RECOMMEND this place Taylor is amazing at keeping up to date with what's going on and quick to let you know if their is any illness and what they're doing about it. The summer activities were very exciting for the kids. My oldest didn't want to miss any school even when she was sick she wanted to go or on holidays.

The new director was very friendly and took her time to explain and answer all of my questions and concerns. She assured me that they have an open door policy and clear communication with parents. She also has high expectations for the teachers which is important for me and also offered me a zoom tour so I could see the teachers interact with the children if I wanted. The center was very clean and did smell like dirty diapers as the prevIous center I toured. I was highly impressed with the directors professionalism and helpfulness. I definitely will return as soon as my grand baby is born and is if she to attend!
