  I had my 2 yr old at this location for about 5 months, she was constantly getting bitten and then I was told that my 2 yr old was aggressive, yet she never bit anyone. Before I decided to pull her out, her registration fee was waived and now I'm getting calls that it's been sent to collections, I am not paying them jack. Update: I received a call from a woman named Jennifer in regards to my account being sent to collections, she took care of that and I am very grateful so I decided to change the one start to two stars. I still do not agree with how I was spoken to on the day that I removed my daughter from this location.

  Revised review. This daycare is terrible and the directors match the trend. If you want your kids taken care of and fed, don’t send them here, best thing I ever did was take my daughter out of this daycare.

  Since my son been born I had struggles of trusting daycares but he’s been attending Kindercare since Feb 2020 and I must say they are the best. They are very patient with my son and he loves every teacher there . Staff is very helpful and kind. Most of all my son loves to go everyday , which is a level of comfort for me

  The daycare itself was not bad however we have switched daycares about six months ago and we put in notice, we paid our final bill and then I got a letter from a collection agency out of no where. I contacted the director and was told it was a error on their part and she would correct it. I have talked to her 3 times and four months later it has not been resolved and it is ruining my credit for something that we didn't do! When you pay your bills you should not have to worry about getting a negative remark on your credit report!!

  Update: The quality management that I initially dealt with has been reinstalled. My children are doing much better and their daily attitudes are much better because they enjoy the staff here so much. Ms. Kim is everything you want out of a director and it is reflected in the staff she hires. As long as she is around, this place will be recommended by me. All in all, this center has been fairly good for my some of my children. However, this is entirely dependent on who the director is. In 2 short years, we have gone through 3 directors. Two of them have been great, the third and middle director was a disgrace. Her handling of a situation with one of my children was substandard and has led to several issues for my child going forward. She fired good teachers my child was close with and replaced them with incompetent buffoons. Couple this with her unwillingness to stop bullying of my child from a couple others has led to continuing behavioral issues that my child has had to work through. It is only because of the few other great staff members there that this situation is not worse. Thankfully, a much better director has been installed. Again, this is a decent center, but do get a good feel for the director to make the best decision about enrollment.
