  I had my 2 yr old at this location for about 5 months, she was constantly getting bitten and then I was told that my 2 yr old was aggressive, yet she never bit anyone. Before I decided to pull her out, her registration fee was waived and now I'm getting calls that it's been sent to collections, I am not paying them jack. Update: I received a call from a woman named Jennifer in regards to my account being sent to collections, she took care of that and I am very grateful so I decided to change the one start to two stars. I still do not agree with how I was spoken to on the day that I removed my daughter from this location.

  Just don't do it. Place is full of kids being sick from pinkeye to rashes. My son was Bitten and I was never notified, nor was there a write up. My son was in the facility for several hours without pants.When I walked in they decided to finally put pants on him because his diaper was all torn from rubbing on the carpet. This place was a huge disappointment for me.

  The staff is great and friendly, they are fantastic with my both of my kids! My daughter is a difficult child at times and can be a lot to handle. The staff try their very best to help her calm down and make sure she is being safe.

  Most of the teachers are great. The directors are not. Communication is bs. My daughter was injured there numerous times without being informed. Caught a teacher sleeping while being the only one in the class full of 3 year olds. Assistant director is always on personal calls in the office instead of doing her job. Definitely too expensive for the care offered.

  Update: The quality management that I initially dealt with has been reinstalled. My children are doing much better and their daily attitudes are much better because they enjoy the staff here so much. Ms. Kim is everything you want out of a director and it is reflected in the staff she hires. As long as she is around, this place will be recommended by me. All in all, this center has been fairly good for my some of my children. However, this is entirely dependent on who the director is. In 2 short years, we have gone through 3 directors. Two of them have been great, the third and middle director was a disgrace. Her handling of a situation with one of my children was substandard and has led to several issues for my child going forward. She fired good teachers my child was close with and replaced them with incompetent buffoons. Couple this with her unwillingness to stop bullying of my child from a couple others has led to continuing behavioral issues that my child has had to work through. It is only because of the few other great staff members there that this situation is not worse. Thankfully, a much better director has been installed. Again, this is a decent center, but do get a good feel for the director to make the best decision about enrollment.
