  I had my 2 yr old at this location for about 5 months, she was constantly getting bitten and then I was told that my 2 yr old was aggressive, yet she never bit anyone. Before I decided to pull her out, her registration fee was waived and now I'm getting calls that it's been sent to collections, I am not paying them jack. Update: I received a call from a woman named Jennifer in regards to my account being sent to collections, she took care of that and I am very grateful so I decided to change the one start to two stars. I still do not agree with how I was spoken to on the day that I removed my daughter from this location.

  Just don't do it. Place is full of kids being sick from pinkeye to rashes. My son was Bitten and I was never notified, nor was there a write up. My son was in the facility for several hours without pants.When I walked in they decided to finally put pants on him because his diaper was all torn from rubbing on the carpet. This place was a huge disappointment for me.

  I am not sure about the facility itself but the driver of the bus this afternoon on Berry Rd about rear ended me on more than one instance. I was trying to not block an intersection and had to pull forward because they were too close and would have hit me. Following too closely is dangerous as it is but when you are transporting children you should never be that close! I'm going to say maybe inexperience and distraction could be factors but it's not excusable. Huge liability for your company with unsafe driving. I'm investing in a dash cam. Next time I'll have proof.

  During Covid schooling has been so hard on working parents. KinderCare has been so good to work with us on our virtual learning for our 1st grader. I appreciate that so much. Staff is always kind, nice and responsive. Thanks KinderCare
