  KinderCare has been such a great daycare facility for my children. They have been attending KinderCare going on 2 years now and this is the longest daycare they have been at. The entire staff and director Ms. Whitney is amazing! They will go out of their way for my babies and I couldn’t be more grateful for a better group of people watching over my kids. If there’s any concerns or anything that may be a problem they will let me know right away and to help me fix it together! They are so thoughtful, kind and trustworthy! They have proven that ❤️

  Revised review. This daycare is terrible and the directors match the trend. If you want your kids taken care of and fed, don’t send them here, best thing I ever did was take my daughter out of this daycare.

  For about 2 months I voiced my concerns to the leadership about the kids being screamed at I witnessed MANY times, in a few different classrooms. Not a raised voice like it’s loud in here, teachers being excessive, in kids faces yelling. Grabbing kids by the face to get their attention and yelling at them. Overly aggressive and inappropriate for children any age especially at the ages I witnessed of pre k and in the toddler classroom as well. Once my son transitioned at kindercare from his previous class towards the end of this summer he became a totally different kid. Many of his teachers are just rude, to myself and to my 4 year old. Genuinely didn’t seem like they taught them a thing or wanted to be there. He was coming home cursing , with bites and bruises regularly after a few months of trying to give them the benefit of the doubt (as I did like a few teachers. ) It got to the point my son would cry being dropped off everyday, the turn over with the teachers there the last few months is very telling. Now that I have him enrolled elsewhere he’s a totally different kid. He doesn’t come home extremely over stimulated and feeling exhausted. I would NEVER send my son back there with current “leadership”. They make excuses for any concern you bring up. I never see them in the classroom actually helping any teachers out.

  One star is GENEROUS. Parents please do your research before thinking of enrolling your child at this facility. Extremely dissatisfied with the care our child received while attending. I personally have witnessed on multiple occasions teachers yelling and flat out ignoring children in the classroom. Our child came home with bites from other children, bruises and scrapes, with no incident report mind you. When concerns were brought to management's attention the standard response was "We're aware of this issue and have spoken with him/her" or "That teacher is no longer working here". No wonder you have such a high turnover because you continue to hire incompetent staff. Management is a joke and instead of being actively engaged with the teachers and children in the facility, they are more concerned about taking person phone calls in their office. Like I said, think twice.

  I enrolled my daughter and due to circumstances, my husband and I unenrolled her. I emailed the director to let her know that my daughter would not be attending. The director also called me to confirm. They sent me to collections, I just received a letter this week. I gave plenty of advanced notice, never received a bill, and I don't even understand the amount that I'm being charged. Fighting this.
