  Don’t come the school,my kids cry every time when he come the school and the school not nice to us,I think they are discriminate us!because my kids just come later before 12,and another kids is eating lunch,and the teacher told us my kids no lunch and need take my kids out get some lunch and come back later,oh my god,that is not respect,I paid my kids lunch,why you are not give kids food,and I found the manager and told her about that,she is not help me,okay ,that is make me unhappy so I said I want cancel my kids coming here,I already paid this week so I am not paying next week,and the manager told me,you should have 2 weeks before you want to cancel,that is hell,you do not give my kids lunch and my kids unhappy here,why I need stay here 2 week,if I am not come why I need pay you 2 week,I will report the school,not nice and not respect!

  We absolutely love West Edmond KinderCare! From the moment we enrolled, the entire staff has been welcoming, caring, and professional. The teachers go above and beyond every single day to make sure the kids feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. A special shout-out to Ms. Shelby, the director, who is truly outstanding! She has such a positive energy and genuine care for each child. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in how happy and confident the kids are in her center. Every teacher we’ve interacted with has been incredible — patient, kind, and dedicated to helping each child grow. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and feel so grateful to have found such a wonderful center for our child. Highly recommend West Edmond KinderCare! 🌟

  I am grateful for Ms. Ada, Ms. Melissa, Ms. Hudson. I noticed there is a constant rotation of teachers which has caused confusion in shift hand offs. There have been two instances now where my daughter was not fed. Either it was because they lost her bottle or because they didn’t see a time written down for her next bottle. I question the cleaning practices of KinderCare. My daughter’s clothing is always soiled by the end of the day with her bodysuit arms, knees and feet darken from whatever it is she is laying on. It’s clear that the rugs and play mats are not cleaned regularly. There have been a few times during drop off where the 4:1 ratio was not being adhered to. One teacher for 7 infants, two of which a newborns, is awful. It’s concerning that there never seems to be consistent coverage in the morning. Many times have I seen newborns left to cry whether due to lack of staff or unclear priorities from the caregivers. My daughter has been pulled and is now going to creme de la creme. The difference is astounding.

  Our daughter has been going to KinderCare for a little over 1.5 years. She absolutely loves it there! Her teachers in Toddler 2 are always energetic and happy, and it shows on the kids. When we take her in the room for drop off she is already waving “bye” to us before we can set her down. The director, Ms. Shelby, is always super helpful and is pretty much there everyday if you need anything, but If she is not, then Ms. Alyx is right there. It’s like a big family and feels like every teacher knows your child’s name.

  Miss Shelby and all the teachers are so wonderful and friendly. Our kids love attending here! We truly feel they care about our little ones. Keep up the great work!
