  I have always been a mother that was skeptical of daycare, in 2024 I sent my youngest child to Sunbury Kindercare and I can not be happier with the staff. My son has been with Miss Tiffany since he's been at the center and he absolutely loves her that is hands down his favorite teacher. He is a mamas boy and is very attached to me but She is really a comfort zone for him. Tiffany had a huge part in getting him potty trained. She stays on top of things updating the app frequently throughout the day. I had such a great experience with my son at Sunbury Kindercare I end up also enrolling my two older children for before and after school care. They are transported to and from school which is a huge help to me. Mrs. Jess is also another wonderful teacher she always handles my kids with care. Mr. Jay is also a great teacher, keeping the kids on top of their academics before play time. Mrs. Margo, Mrs. Chelsea & Mrs.Melissa are also very nice and helpful whenever needed, communication is great and I trust them running the center. I will say I do wish they would get rid of employees that are drama and gossip like Taylor who is vocal about her inappropriate relationships with the fathers of children at the daycare. I've also heard from other parents she's been aggressive with children and argumentative. Taylor does not represent Kinder Care in a positive light at all. Outside of her I don't have anything bad to say about Sunbury Kindercare. Once the drama is gone 5 stars !!!

  For the simple fact that the staff More so the directors and the people that works under her having people comment reviews to get they rating up is insane😂😂 I think this whole center is delusional an sad!!! To dismiss a claim like that just so y’all won’t be short staffed on the teacher is insane basically saying a child is lying about a teacher whether it was intentional or not intentional a teacher should still not grab a child by their hood shirt, arm finger hair nothing doesn’t matter that’s what it seems like people are failing to realize!!!! State couldn’t charge Tiffany because it was word versus word and that center doesn’t have cameras if Melissa would’ve let the police officers that came that day to go back there and talk to the two teachers then she would’ve been arrested and I can get body cam footage, and post that as well She simply declined to have the officers walk back and talk to the two teachers the day that it happened. Furthermore, not that I need to explain. I left my kids in that facility because my son went to school. the teacher that harmed my daughter was placed on administrative leave for a month and a half and just returned Friday. I was not aware that the teacher was returning Friday or my kids would’ve never went that day. Secondly, we’re just gonna escalate this to corporate higher up than robin because it seems like this system of theirs is actually really failing and it’s sad to see the reviews that they’re having people make to make their center seems like it’s great an I’m just this mom that’s trying to lie on a teacher or I’m just this angry black women. I had no issues before this happened until an incident about a cookie situation that I wasn’t aware was a paid activity that no one mentioned about it!!! An could’ve paid for the class with no problem!!! But if parents read these reviews, they will see who is the problem and who is it who is more concerned and who isn’t you see all these reviews are more so about Tiffany the one who harmed a child not other teachers or staff they want to keep a good image for Tiffany that should tell you a lot!!!! Is the fact that they’re watching who’s posting reviews to have somebody else make another review to make it seem like we’re lying on a teacher I have nothing to gain from lying on anybody send your kids to this center if you please!!! That’s your choice, but just keep in mind after reading these reviews that something’s not adding up quite right defamation of character retaliation saying a child is lying about what an teacher did rather shouldn’t no teacher be putting their hands grabbing on no other child having that child in time out while they are outside!!! all these reviews are coming after I made my review and I left the center as of Friday after I found out Tiffany was coming back!!! But to ask me, why did I stay so long because the teacher was no longer in that facility but the center actions should tell you how the center is based along!!! we’ll wait until Robin’s boss. Contact me about this matter and let’s see if he approves of these reviews that were made and let’s see if there’s a change with him which I’m sure he will find very interesting on how this is turning out!!! Let it have been a black teacher did that to a little white child I guaranteed you that black teacher would’ve been fired on the spot, but we’re not gonna make it about a race we’re gonna make it about holding people accountable for Their actions and poor decision-making!!! Read the review two years ago different parent similar incident same outcome but do you see anyone making reviews one after another? Do you see anyone calling that parent out ? Saying nasty things about the parent? Absolutely not. Always read the reviews anyone with good common sense can read between the lines.

  My two children have been at this Kindercare since 2022. I have always felt safe with my children in the care of the staff. I have witnessed the staff handling children with all needs and abilities with grace. As an elementary teacher myself, I know it can be hard to work with children with many different complex needs. The staff always do their best to accommodate these needs. We were made aware of an incident with a staff member. The director and management went through all of the proper channels and communicated with families. Today a toddler staff member approached me and was trying to bad mouth that staff member. I rely on my own experiences with people and neither I or my children have had a bad experience with Miss Tiffany. In fact, she helped potty train my child within 3 weeks before she turned 3. She has always been consistent and reliable. Other than her unprofessional behavior trying to gossip today, we have had a wonderful experience. My school ager loves Mr. Jay and has said Miss Amy helps him with homework when needed. My preschooler is enrolled in the cooking program and it is one of the things she looks forward to weekly! The center has spacious rooms and nice playgrounds. This center also buses to my sons school which is a huge help to my family with my husband and my work schedule. My son attended two other centers prior to this Kindercare, no matter what center you choose there will always be pros and cons. For our family, the location, staff and center programming have been a great experience. No center is perfect, but my children feel safe and loved and are excited to be at the center. I felt compelled to write this review today after someone tried to sway me to think differently of a staff member and center that we trust and rely on. As I said above we have been with the center for a while. Miss Tiffany has been there for years and has always been a consistent, stable person at the center. I have witnessed her firsthand being a hard worker, she always has a clean classroom. She sets up a developmentally appropriate learning environment and uses the Kindercare app to update me on my child’s day.

  My grandchildren recently started going here an my daughter did not have a great experience here as she did previously at other KinderCare centers at first things was fine then third week in is when it happen. I thought they would’ve been more protective of children but it seems like they are more worried about keeping teachers even if they are bad teachers just so they can keep kids. Not only did they allow the teacher who says she meant to grabbed my granddaughter by her coat hood which still should not be acceptable . But she also almost let an autistic child get over the fence that could’ve ended badly. But my daughter was there an told the little boy to get back over the fence. went into the center telling them the little boy it’s trying to get over the fence she was payed no mind til the teacher finally ran over an grabbed him down!!! It’s very sad to see how the situation was handle. the Director waited 2 an half hours to inform the mother about what happened to her child even then she didn’t inform her an teacher who seen it did an she had to go to the Director to even get any type of answers I hope this center gets Look into farther after this. Seems like it’s a lot of covering up they are doing here. An to look at it by these recent reviews seem like they still are trying to be this good center that should tell you right there to not bring you’re children here it’s pretending!!!!!

  If I can give this Daycare zero stars, I would my kids have just started going here a little over a month three weeks in a teacher name (Tiffany) decide to pull my daughter’s hair on the playground as she was running to go play, saying that she thought she was pulling her hood and not her hair. Shouldn’t be pulling or trying to grab any kid that wants to go back to play she was “” in timeout which shouldn’t be allowed in a daycare center anyways the director Melissa was told about this Incident from another teacher and took two hours for me to even found About this situation and still wasn’t notified from the director until I got to the center. How the situation was handled it was unprofessional they say your Kids safety is a first priority, but I sure didn’t feel that as well as my first weekend I seen a autistic boy in the pre- k room halfway across the fence I notified two employees and nobody was doing anything besides looking at me as I was crazy went outside. Telling Tiffany the teacher that’s suppose to be watching him That he’s about to go over the fence still was no real acknowledgment Heading over there where my daughter was then she started yelling at the boy to get down from there and had him buy his arm Notify the center assistant Director the next day. And it seems as so wasn’t no care in the world that a child almost was across the fence that could’ve went into ongoing traffic that’s right next to center. My kids been going to kindercare facilities for six years And never have I ever had this type of experience while attending at any of the other KinderCare daycares they have immature adults working at this center. All they do is gossip and talk about everybody and kids all day. They have no patience or tolerance and everyone needs to be looking into. They’re more worried about keeping. So they won’t be over ratio than actually having good teachers I actually care about their job in Kids in their safety and well-being.
