- JSJessica SansonDec 20, 20232.0Payment issues that took weeks and a one on one meeting to correct, unfriendly teachers who do not say good morning or goodbye or even help get my toddler situated in the mornings, rude comments when my son was dropped off and crying (one teacher said to another “that’ll wake you up in the morning…” updates to me about my son eating snacks on days he’s not even there, updates on app that he has been checked out when he wasn’t. They stopped putting a nap time diaper on him and was wetting himself daily at nap time still. I had to tell them myself he obviously wasn’t ready for that transition and to continue using nap diapers. And then coincidentally my son had such bad behavior issues that two days in a row was sent home- after I had given my two week notice that he would be leaving. I wanted to like this school but I believe they hire people who are unqualified to care for toddlers. The front desk people were friendly- but honestly that is the only thing I found acceptable.
