My grandkids have attended KinderCare Sunbury going on 2 years now. I actively help with pickups and drop-offs. The staff have never been anything but amazing. Security is taken serious as well as education and fun structure! We love summer camp they offer with things like petting zoo, water day, pizza parties etc. I have no doubt with the pre-k program that our little ones will be ready when kindergarten comes. We are thankful everyday for the kindness of the staff.

I truly think of KinderCare as a second family for my children. My children have been attending KinderCare for 2 years now and any concerns I have ever had have been addressed and resulted in a very timely manner. My children have learned so many amazing things from their teachers who take the time to get to know them personally. From summer camp, to hatching chickens, to arts and crafts and learning age appropriate material, this daycare has so many great things to offer. We love KinderCare! 💗💗

**PLEASE READ REVIEW - Teacher uses unnecessary force with no consequences** The teacher Ms.Linsey in the infant/toddler room snatched my son up by his arm. I came in to the daycare and was signing my kids out and the parent (who I have never seen/met before) came to the front to get the director Melissa. She was genuinely concerned about the well being of my son. She stated that Melissa needed to go back there right now because the teacher snatched a little boy up by his arm. When I got to the classroom I realized she was talking about my son. When I asked the teacher why she needed to do that she tried to say she only grabbed him by his hand to which the parent responded “Don’t you make no liar out of me, I watched you grab him by the top part of his arm”. The director said nothing the teacher said nothing so I walked out. Melissa comes out to my car to try to further explain what the teacher said she did and stated that she trusts Ms.Linsey with her own kids and that she has watched her kids before. This statement was completely irrelevant to the situation at hand because she was caught by someone who did not have to care about my son. They called me the next day to say that she was out on administrative leave and they are conducting an investigation. 2 days go by and I was told she was coming back because there was no other complaints and they interviewed the staff. There are no cameras at KinderCare to go off of. So the investigation simply included asking the staff if they have ever noticed any teacher mishandling the kids. That’s it. I talked to corporate I believe her title was district manager and was told the parent who witnessed the incident was known for overreacting. And she asked me what do I want to see come from this and I stated I wanted the teacher fired and for cameras to be in KinderCares. She stated that cameras can be hacked and that is why they don’t have cameras. Their investigation is a joke and they will side with the teacher no matter what. They took the side of the teacher because the director clearly has a personal relationship with her which makes her bias to the situation. I changed my sons daycare SOLEY because of this incident and I feel like they did not do a proper investigation. I will never send my kids to a KinderCare again. And if you have an infant/toddler I would be genuinely concerned since they cannot speak for themselves so there is no telling how many kids she has done this too and got away with it.

I really consider Sunbury KinderCare like a second home for my children. The staff is amazing! All of the teachers do a great job teaching, and keeping the kids busy with activities. Prior to the pandemic they did awesome with their cleanliness, and it’s only increased! I highly recommend bringing your children if you’re looking for a clean, safe, and educational environment.
